The apartment itself is great! Everything matches the photo. The building is called MAG318. It's easy to find. The location is wonderful. However, it's not 11 minutes from the Dubai Mall, as it was written here in previous reviews, but at least 20 minutes.)) Time is lost at numerous and very long traffic lights. They're just bullying people: you stand there for 5-7 minutes and languish))) But the location is cool. Others saw fountains all over Dubai on purpose, but we just went for a walk in the evening)) They ran to Burj Khalifa in the morning until the people woke up. We were on the observation deck almost in proud solitude, and for this, too, thanks to the location of the apartment. It's not close to the subway. It takes about 20 minutes to walk along the mall and crosswalks, so it takes about 35-40 minutes from the street. But it's not in the heat, among the beautiful storefronts, so it's not critical. The apartment is clean, stylishly renovated, comfortable bed, wardrobe with interior lighting. And the view from the balcony is almost to Burj Khalifa!.. Only a couple of skyscrapers are tainting it) Overall, we didn't regret choosing the MAG318 hardware. But there were also negative aspects. The first one was that the pool wasn't working. It was a real shock to me! In Dubai, the distances are not far, it's a long drive to the sea from Khalifa. So I chose a place with a bass player, and it was fundamental. We arrived, and it's closed for repairs! The new LCD has already broken down!!!The second problem was in the apartment, during our stay, the electrics flew. We come home tired late at night, and our refrigerator went out (there was food, by the way!!!...🧐☝️), and the TV doesn't turn on, and most importantly WiFi doesn't work!!!!!.. It was kapets! And so we barely reached the house after the beach and two viewing platforms, but here... THIS!!! The boy was called from the reception desk. He called an electrician. The electrician spent an hour picking at the panel, found charred wires. I think I fixed it, but during that time the receptionist who was hanging out with us ate our whole brain. I found out that we hadn't contacted the owner, and I started showing off, like the LCD staff didn't owe us anything, they were doing repairs here out of mercy and wasting time on us. He asked questions in broken English, rolled his eyes, like we're illiterate and can't understand his speech. In general, we had a lot of negativity both in the moral and in the everyday sense. We immediately remembered that when we checked in, one of the owners of the devices was brawling at the reception. He's Russian, and he told us later.: "There's always something wrong with them here! The guests complain, but they don't do anything at all!" But we understand, of course, that nothing depends on the owners of the apartment. However, we also have a wish for them: there is not a single rag or sponge in the apartment in the kitchen! You cook breakfast, but only a Fairy can wash the dishes, and that's it! Wipe the table, the stove also needs a shake. And you could put soap in the bathroom, and a little detergent powder. There's a washing machine, but what should I fill it with? Just bring it with you, apparently. But despite the little things, we recommend the apartment. We are experienced travelers, we have seen many apartments and hotels. The place is good)) If the bass is repaired and the wires don't burn out, then the perfect vacation is guaranteed! Location+view from windows+interior= quality rest!))
