A good hotel, excellent staff, good location - near the metro, ferry, Istiklal, Galata Tower, etc. minus the location-you need to climb a hill from the hotel to the metro, the hill is 60-70 degrees. Upon check-in, a compliment in the form of fruit. Nice bed, comfortable mattress. We had a room with a view of the golden horn, minus only the fact that namaz was at 6 in the morning. If it bothers you, choose a room with a view of the courtyard. The breakfasts are average. The view from the veranda at breakfast is gorgeous. the disadvantage in the rooms is that there is no heated towel rail in the toilet room! The staff fulfilled all requests.

Very attentive staff , met at the entrance to the hotel , did not have time to drive up , our suitcases are already being brought in . The breakfasts are normal , everything is there . The rooms are clean , water was put on every day, sometimes Coca-Cola , slippers were changed. Bathrobes, kettle, teas , coffee , everything was in the room .

Not far from the center, everything seems to be OK, but the breakfasts are so-so: there is not enough variety and seagulls begging along the windows are an amateur entertainment. There were a lot of Arabs living with us who came for hair transplants: every morning people with characteristically bandaged necks came for breakfast.

Great hotel. Clean and cozy rooms, a restaurant with stunning views of the Golden Horn. There is a great room for conferences or other events. It is located within walking distance from the metro station.Shishkhane, near Istiklal street.
The staff is helpful and friendly, I recommend it

Wonderful hotel! We lived in a family room. The room is large, two double and one single bed, nice, cozy, clean, large balcony, beautiful and quiet. The friendly staff, if something is needed, will meet you quickly.
The hotel is on a quiet street, near the metro and some attractions.
We used airport transfer services, a very comfortable minivan with a partition between the driver's and passenger areas.
We enjoyed our stay, I recommend it!

The hotel is on a quiet street. the green street. Shishkhane metro station is 5 minutes on foot, you need to use the exit/ entrance of Shishkhane- Kasimpasha (this is important because Shishkhane has several exits in different directions). Within walking distance (5-7 min.) Kasimpasha Marina is located from the hotel.
A wonderful shift at the reception - Hassan and Kadir - are very attentive, patient, ready to help beyond their responsibilities. The room is very clean and tidy, with a gorgeous view of the Golden Horn. The restaurant is not the strongest part of the hotel, although there are hot dishes for breakfast (omelette, etc.). Its interior is excessively modest and does not look cozy and tidy.

The hotel is clearly not worth the money, the repair of the old doors are all stuck. The day before departure, the room key card was canceled. To the question why? You're leaving tomorrow. The cleaning is good. Breakfasts are average. The location is good. But you should not open the windows at night. At 6:20, a prayer call is heard from all visible mosques.
