the hotel is really terrible. servise is disgusting, staff is unfriendly. most of them are rude and can not do what you ask for for hour. i had to change 3 rooms because of the insects they had there. so i would not recommend it.

A great place for a long transfer! The airport is close, and so is Yas Island! There is a bus from the airport and from the hotel, very convenient and free, runs frequently! The rooms are good. The cafe is very tasty! Special thanks to the pizza and Caesar chefs! My husband really liked the beer. And even with milk, there are no problems! The child just drinks everything with milk. The coffee shop is also delicious! The receptionist is a nice girl! It is better to book in advance, it will be cheaper this way. And the workload at the hotel is good.

But in the restaurant, the female receptionist treated us with a clear bias. On our birthday, we collectively wanted to celebrate with a small amount of alcohol (which we were categorically refused, saying that this was not allowed in their hotel, but that we could only drink in the rooms), but what was our surprise with our colleagues when in the evening the Germans gushed beer from a bag right in the smoking room at the main entrance, and The Japanese were cooking and having fun in the crew briefing room. That is, everything was forbidden to the Russian colleagues, but the rest of the "civilized" World turned out to be just a little bit. Otherwise, everything is fine, but this situation happened, and I told it as it is.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 day because we had an early morning flight
Overall, the hotel is quite "tired" and sad. The rooms have not been updated for a long time
Of the advantages:

We are staying here for the second time, convenient logistics with the airport and mall-we had to get to the Aquarium ourselves, however, the driver was not particularly aware of where and what is nearby, the cost-price-quality ratio is ok, it is convenient for a day or two between flights, +transfer to the airport is included+good breakfast items. This year we were also welcomed by the renovated rooftop pool, just great! There is water, tea, and coffee in the room. We are satisfied with this option, I recommend it.

! INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO GET THERE!
You cannot get to the hotel from the airport or on foot, only by transport!
You need to get out of the airport into the city, for this:
1. After arrival, you need to go down to the arrival area
2. Go through customs control, it will be on the right (there will most likely be a huge queue of snakes)
3. To get there by free bus (which runs once an hour!) - departs at exit No. 7, it is the rightmost one.
There will be no signs with the place of the stop designation, as well as the schedule (you can see it on the hotel's website), the area with buses is more like a smoking room!
4. Take a taxi - after passing through the control, follow the signs to the taxi to the left.
You will need to buy dirhams at the airport, in October 2024, a taxi ride cost 35 dirhams (I recommend this option, you can take a bus back from the hotel, the schedule will be at the reception).
The hotel is nice, it was quiet, the room has a climate control system. We spent the night there when there was a 14-hour overnight transfer.

Everything is fine in this hotel, except for the "Pakistanis" (common name) at the reception. Check-in at 3 a.m., but not the first time. First, they gave out a number that was already occupied. It's good that the girl in the room turned out to be humorous. On the second attempt, they gave us other people's passports and gave us an escort so that we would not mix up the room. After half an hour (we were already trying to sleep), they persistently started calling the room and apologizing. Kamon, you have a hotel for those who want to spend the night! Why are you bothering?!
In the morning we went to breakfast (paid separately), breakfast is good. After breakfast, we rested in the rooftop pool. Before boarding the shuttle, they called to the counter and gave me 2 bags of breakfast with a dry ration at 13.00. Blat, I already paid for breakfast and ate in full. Why would I need more? They were surprised that he refused.
Perhaps if your check-in is not at night, then the assessment will be different. Once again, the rating is 4 for small absurd roughness, otherwise the hotel is good.

I spent one night in this hotel, the room is good, the mattress is orthopedic, very clean. We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. This happened in April 2024, when it was raining in the Emirates. The airport in Abu Dhabi was not flooded, flights were not delayed. The transfer from the hotel worked perfectly despite the storm and heavy rain.

Terrible hotel. We arrived in the morning at 09.00. They said you can pay extra money and check in from 11.00. Wait another 2 hours. We decided not to pay extra and left for the city. In the evening, when we arrived at the hotel, the manager diligently proved to us that an ordinary room was paid, not a family room, and that we needed to pay extra money. As a result, after 15 minutes, they figured out that we had a family room. There is little space in the room, some kind of folding sofa. The refrigerator is not working. It's probably fine for one night, for more, I don't recommend it.

The hotel is located right in the airport building. Prices, of course, are inflated, on November 13, a room without breakfast cost 14 thousand if booked through Booking, with payment on the spot about 17 thousand per day. A big plus is that the hotel administrator met us halfway and arranged early check-in without extra charges and at 9 am we already checked into the room. The hotel itself is cozy, it's a pity that the pool is only open at 19-00. The room is cozy and spacious, very comfortable large bed and pillows are excellent. There is a cozy and wide sofa near the window, where a third person can comfortably accommodate. Sockets by the bed, a kettle with coffee and cream, sugar, 2 bottles of water, which was very handy. We checked out of the hotel an hour before the flight, and there is still time left, so it is very convenient for a long transfer.

The room itself was terrible: dirty bathroom, wrinkled curtains at the bathroom, no shower (watering cans), only rain.
There was no set of toothbrushes either, so I had to ask for them.
