Super modern is not even a bazaar, but rather an Outlet Village. Spacious, clean, beautiful. But as of October 22, most of the shops are closed. And apparently they won't take root. Local residents of Sergelin yearn for the demolished Sergelin fair. Apparently, they are not ready to pay a civilized but expensive rent.
The only thing that is still working and successful, is popular and even impressive is the carpet fair.
