Great location for a city hotel, access to a beach club at Palm Jumeira via multiple daily bus transfers (10min ride). Ok food with little to no choices for kids. Right by the mall for all your shopping and fast food needs. Right by the metro which is convenient. A solid 4 star city hotel. The staff tries hard but the cleaning staff doesn't understand much English most of the time.

We were in February, but the air conditioner in the room was already working) turned off, the temperature became comfortable. There are shopping centers and metro nearby, it's convenient, we went a lot of places ourselves. There is a shuttle service to the beach, several flights per day. But we also had a great time in the pool at the hotel, there are a lot of sun beds/ sofas, towels are provided right there. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, iron, TV, cleaning service every day. The bed and the window are huge. Wi-Fi is stable. We had included breakfasts and dinners, a large selection of dishes, you can replace dinner with lunch if you go on an excursion. The quality of both food and service is decent. The staff is polite and always ready to help. We are very pleased with the hotel.

It's a lovely hotel. I liked absolutely everything. Excellent location, near the metro, taxis, buses, 10 minutes by metro to the Marina via a direct line. The staff is very friendly, helps with everything, the rooms are nice, spacious, the furniture is new, they clean very well every day, the food is delicious and varied. There is a private pool in the hotel, a bus takes you to Kite beach twice in the morning and takes you back, this beach is considered very clean, you can take towels to the beach at the hotel, you just need to leave a deposit. Next to the hotel, a few meters from the entrance, there is a huge Ibn batuta mall.

This is the second time at the hotel, I like the location, it is convenient to travel in any direction, near a mall, grocery store, friendly staff, excellent cleaning . Delicious breakfasts and dinners . Special thanks to the reception, they placed us two hours before arrival and extended the room for three hours without payment, which was very convenient, since the flight was at night. The hotel is very nice, we are currently having a rest with a child. We live in room 1219 with a view of Dubai Marina, the room is decent, there is a large bed and there is also a small sofa, a kettle, coffee,tea,milk, water, replenished every day. A TOP hotel for your money!
We've already talked about transport accessibility here - it's SUPER CONVENIENT! Yes, the hotel is not in the center, but the metro station right next to the hotel solves all transport issues! There are 2 stations to the Marina, 3 stations to the JBR beach + tram. It's a little longer to get to the center, but it's still very convenient.
There is also a bus station and buses to Abu Dhabi, you don't have to buy a useless tour and go on your own. Taxis are also constantly hanging out here.
The hotel also has a large and beautiful mall, decorated in the style of different countries. It has a Carrefour hypermarket, cafes, clothes, appliances and all that.
The room cleaning is excellent. New towels are brought every day, even if yesterday's ones have not been used yet, the water is also regularly replenished, linen is changed, tea/ coffee is replenished. One day I forgot to close the safe, the door was just open - nothing was missing.
The breakfast is excellent, the dinner is a little more modest, but still there is always something to choose from. The most important thing is to have dinner before 22:30, that is, you can walk all day and make it to dinner. The hotel also has a fitness room, sauna, swimming pool, of course.
There is a transfer to Kite Beach, several times a day. The beach is nice, with a gentle entrance, clear water and a view of the Burj Al Arab.
A small disadvantage is that there is nowhere to walk directly outside the hotel, unless in the mall, but that's the end of the cons. We didn't regret choosing this particular hotel for our New Year's holiday. I recommend it!

Great hotel. The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. Check-in is from 15:00, we arrived at about 12:30, we were checked in without any questions and early arrivals.
The room is large, has everything you need and even more😊 Bathrobes, slippers, many mirrors and hangers, a separate mini-wardrobe area, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, floor scales, tea/coffee, water, kettle and even cream for coffee and even the Koran😊
Cleaning, changing towels, food supplies are replenished almost daily - you had 2 bottles of water, it doesn't matter if you used them or not, the next day, upon returning to the room, you will find 2 more.
Buffet breakfasts. Cuisines are Indian and European. Diverse, everything is fresh. The dinner also featured dishes of Arabic cuisine and oriental sweets - baklava, lukum. Of the drinks, however, only water for dinner. The rest is for a fee.
There is also a very decent gym. A small room, but the necessary equipment for various muscle groups, dumbbells, cardio zone, everything is there.
A swimming pool and a beach lounge area are also available.
Transfer to the public beach of Kite Beach.
The only disadvantage is the remoteness of the location from the main attractions, 40-50 minutes by metro to Burj Khalifa.

There is only one cook at the omelet station, but he coped, there was no queue, maximum 2-3 people. There is a corner of Indian cuisine. Baking for 4+. Quite acceptable. I only took breakfast.From 13 to 16, you can have lunch at the hotel's restaurant for 69 dirhams, with a choice of three dishes. The deposit was not required, probably because the mini bar was empty. I only paid the tax of 15 dirhams per night for the room. By the way, I paid with a Union Pay card. It works everywhere in Dubai, whether it's a taxi or a store. The pool is not big, but finding a sunbed is not a problem. In terms of location... It's a bit far from the center, of course, but the metro is 2 minutes away, you can get there if you need to. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and bus station. I didn't like the food at the hotel very much, I could have an omelette and one kind of cheese was passable. In general, I did not like the hotel.
Cons: it's cold in the room, the first night I froze my right shoulder, because that's where the air conditioner blew cold air, so then they just turned it off for the night. The cleaning is done so-so. There was debris on the carpet and on the tile in the corners.
It's a terrible bed. I don't know what exactly the problem is - in the blanket or the bed linen, but you sweat under it, even with the air conditioner on. There was an endless quest with towels. They either didn't leave a towel for their hands/face all the time, or they gave them some kind of gray rags. There was no iron in the room, I had to ask. Then the hair dryer button broke, it was already pressed badly, it was kind of sunken, and then it stopped pressing at all. In the morning, I asked for a replacement at the reception. However, during the day they did not bring it, in the evening I had to ask again, and on the second attempt the request was finally fulfilled.
Meal. It was kapets. We took breakfast and dinner. Dinner was a buffet, but in the last 2 days they made a dinner menu, where 2-3 dishes were served for each position. The buffet was very meager, the choice was scanty. Every day there is one dish with fish, one with beef, one with chicken, some rice, baked potatoes (half-baked and tasteless), 3-4 salads (most often some kind of nastiness, I liked it only with apple and caesar), sliced watermelon and melon, 1 soup, 2 types of cakes, but in in small quantities and every day 3 options were changed alternately, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, leaves of some greens, But most importantly. Almost everything is spicy, even salads! As a result, on the second day in the morning I woke up with swollen eyes and a face covered with a rash! This has never happened to me. I've eaten spicy food before, but there was no such reaction. I don't know what kind of pepper they put there, but it became clear that I was allergic to it. As a result, I could only eat potatoes and chopped fresh vegetables. There is nothing to feed the child at all. And by the way, only water is available from drinks. Breakfast is fine, but I've seen better. The dry breakfast is tasteless, like straw. And so sausages (very salty by the way), scrambled eggs of various types, cheeses, sausages, pastries (by the way, very tasty), juices (sometimes sour in taste), coffee, tea.
Positive:
The pool is acceptable. But when the crowd came, it was packed and there were no free sunbeds. It is convenient that there is a separate pool for children. You can throw a child in there and not worry about drowning. It didn't smell like bleach, the water was warm.
The location seems to be good. There is a great mall, metro station, bus stop nearby. But in the evening there is nowhere to go out for a little walk at all! The area is isolated, there are road interchanges that cannot be overcome, and there is nothing to look at.
They take you to Kite Beach, 2 times a day, it seems, at 9 and at 11. Towels are not given to the beach, a deposit is needed.
There were enough elevators.
The staff is normal. I especially liked the receptionist in the dining room, he was there in the morning, an Egyptian, but I don't remember his name. He was very polite, always interested in how things were going and, by the way, speaks a little Russian.

A lovely, beautiful, modern hotel. Delicious breakfasts, a nice clean pool on the third floor. Cool rooms (tea coffee milk water for free every day).
Room cleaning every day. Transfer to kite beach, a nice beach, but there is a construction site nearby ... if you go a little further to the umbrellas, then you don't feel the sound of construction and the smell of diesel fuel. Sun beds and umbrellas are paid.
On the beach there is all the infrastructure, toilet shower, pavillions with ice cream coffee and smoothies.

They're stealing from the hotel.
On the first day of check-in, it was clear that the room had not even been cleaned properly after the previous guests. There were sugar wrappers on the floor, the shower room was covered in hair, and the floor and chairs were stained.
On the third day, the old robes were taken away from us and the new ones were not put in. They sprayed a vase with flowers, and there wasn't even a vase in the hotel.
On March 31, we went shopping and bought underwear at Victoria's Secret, leaving the purchase in a paper package with a receipt on the table. The day before the eviction, they realized that the purchase was gone. We contacted the reception, to which we received an answer that they would study the cameras. At first they said they hadn't found anything on the cameras, then they proved that we hadn't come with packages. Later they said they couldn't do anything. The purchases were not for a small amount, so we wanted to resolve this issue. The staff was not interested in solving the problem.
On the day of the eviction, we were told that we were not looking well and they wanted to inspect our room. At the same time, the entire staff rummaged through our suitcases, trying to prove that we had hidden the purchases. There was the most boorish attitude and disrespect.
In the end, it was only after raising the tone that we were persuaded to return the amount of purchases in cash without apologies. The staff didn't even say goodbye at the check-out.

The rooms are old and shabby, it smells damp, and not in the same room. We went with friends and everyone had the same stink. There is no dryer for wet clothes, there is nowhere to broadcast at all, there are no cabinets either. Only hangers next to the toilet (then things stink of this dampness), a transfer to the sea is announced, but in order to get to it, you need to sign up 3-5 days in advance. There is a queue back at it and everyone like savages breaks into the bus, who did not have enough space, sits on a folding chair in the aisle between the rows. If you arrive late and did not get to Udin on the day of arrival/ departure, they will not make any boxes for you. In general, 3 * pulls. Definitely not anymore.

The four is solid. Friendly staff (Jamila, hi❤), just gorgeous beds - we were with a girlfriend, so 2 full-size beds with a gorgeous mattress, pillows - piled up and the softest snow-white linen 😇
The pool, of course, is shallow and cool, BUT! very clean, the area around the pool is very nice - the sun beds are completely different formats: rigid frame, with mattresses, round velvet, in separate gazebos, separated from neighbors - an interesting boring and convenient solution.
One of the disadvantages is the lack of a shower in the pool and in the sports center. There is no information that there is an iron in the room (add it to the website), but in fact everything is there, as well as Euro sockets.
The food is delicious and varied, the only thing is that there are practically no desserts for tea, as well as fruits (only oranges and apples), BUT! there are always bombically delicious pineapple, melons and watermelons chopped - we had enough.
Beach. Beautiful sand and open sea.
BUT! 😂 there are no sun beds and umbrellas ...😳. Showers, toilets - there are free and very decent ones 👌
There is a paid beach nearby -150 dirhams for an umbrella, a sunbed, a towel.
They take you from the hotel at 9, 10, 11, 13-30 - about 30 minutes there.
The last flight from the beach is at 15-30.
It is very convenient that there is a large mall and a metro and bus station right next to the hotel. Keep in mind that this is already the outskirts, and it's a long way to go to the center, but it's a pleasant hotel without mold, cockroaches and the smell of smoking with good transport accessibility.

Deserved 3 stars. The service is zero. The food in the dining room is stale and monotonous. The smell of missing food comes from individual dishes. Waiters can wash the adjacent table with a dirty cloth or mop the floor right in front of you while you are eating. Nonsense.
You can only eat at breakfast without fear of poisoning. Fried eggs cooked fresh with vegetables was my only meal.
The rooms are clean. It smells fresh everywhere. The pool is small. Cocktails at the bar for an additional fee. The hotel is on the outskirts, it takes 30 minutes to get to the center by taxi or metro. I am attaching a photo of a green watermelon that was laid out for breakfast. Bon appetit, as they say).

Very nice hotel, interesting location. Quite a good assortment of food, clean spacious rooms, there is a swimming pool with an outdoor seating area. During the day you can sunbathe, and in the evening there are parties or watching sports events or movies on the big screen.

My daughter and I got a room on the 17th floor.

A cool hotel , but on the outskirts of the world ! The view from the window to some kind of industrial area. The breakfasts and dinners are sooo delicious!!! The pool was cold in January, but there were parties in the evenings!!! 5 stars to the staff!
They are very friendly, responsive, and there are also Russian speakers.
The beds are mega comfortable.
Breakfast for 3 , I'm tired of it for a week.
The transfer takes you to the beach by appointment , there are no sun beds and umbrellas , but the beach itself and the water 🔥

We had a rest in July 2024.
We chose a hotel in proximity to the metro and not far from the airport.
The stated 4 stars, of course, are unlikely
First the cons:
The ceiling flowed on the first day, the kettle flowed on the second day (but the problems were eliminated quickly enough)
Cleaning -we've been doing it for a few days.
There is no toothpaste and brushes in the rooms - this is a big minus.
A very weak refrigerator, more than two bottles of 0.5 does not cool, does not cope.
At the registration site, they advised 'their' safari guide, this was the biggest disappointment.
You need to go to all the sights and beaches
Now the pros:
Metro and buses across the street,
The shopping center is just a stone's throw away, there is everything you need
There is a swimming pool
Breakfast (as much as 4 hours) buffet, omelets / scrambled eggs are prepared to order, everything is fresh, but monotonous.
Very tasty croissants and puff pastry with chocolate
Mattresses and pillows separate +, slept like babies)
Everything is clean, smells good
Air conditioners are freezing from the heart)
There is a transfer to the beach 3 times a day, from 9 a.m. every 2.5 hours there and every 2.5 hours back (unlike many other hotels that bring you to the beach at 10-11, and pick you up at 15-16 hours.)
We generally stood on the beach for 40 minutes)

The convenient location of the hotel is at the Ibn Battuta metro station, opposite the bus station from where buses leave for Abu Dhabi (direct bus to Abu Dhabi airport). Near the shopping center. There is an 8 bus to the Marina, a couple of metro stops. To the Emirates Mall - 20 minutes, to Dubai Mall - in general about an hour. Transfer from the hotel in summer to Kite Beach, in the Beach Club season with a deposit of 50 dirhams. Nice hotel. The rooms are large and bright. In the room: slippers, bathrobe. From the equipment: hair dryer, TV, tea set, iron with board (maybe, maybe not, then they will bring it on request). On the 3rd floor: restaurant, swimming pool, gym. The gym is large, with a cardio zone, with strength training equipment, however: the windows to the floor are not closed with curtains - the sun is scorching, the air conditioner practically does not work (it is not comfortable for me to practice). There is a swimming pool with sun loungers near which there are umbrellas, the ottomans have umbrellas on the side, but they are not working, on the other hand there are beach boars, you can sit on sofas. There are special offers for drinks and food in the bar and restaurant. Sometimes a Dj plays, live music 2 times a week in the evening (the program may vary depending on the season). Breakfast is served in the restaurant. At breakfast - buffet: hot zone, on request will be prepared - possible types of egg dishes; to choose from: bacon and chicken sausages, salads, fruits, cheeses, sausage, pastries, juices (3 types), tea coffee - coffee machine.
The staff is always polite and ready to help.

We went on vacation with our family and settled in this hotel. There is an excellent infrastructure on the beach, there are all kinds of entertainment. Delicious food. The hotel has everything for a comfortable life, we will definitely return next time. I recommend it to everyone!)
