We ordered rolls at Godzilla today. A hair was found inside one of the rolls. Of course, my appetite disappeared immediately, and the evening was ruined. We called customer support, expecting at least a minimal apology or refund for a substandard product. The response from the support service was simply amazing: they offered to replace one roll, and later they even "condescended" to offer to receive a roll for 1 kopeck for the next order. So, not only did I have to eat substandard food, but now I have to pay them money again to get compensation? The service is at zero. Friends, are you serious? Hair in food is a violation of sanitary standards, not a reason to force a customer to make a new order. Your "generosity" and attitude to the quality of your products only cause confusion. Appetite was beaten off for a long time
