I bought airpods 4 headphones in the fifth element in the city of Kobrin. I came to buy headphones of the same brand, the consultant told me not to take them, because the Bluetooth connection is incorrect, and it often "falls off the phone." The store employee suggested another brand, less well-known. I refused and bought the headphones I came for. A year of use, no problem. Consultants "sell" the product for which the highest percentage will be credited to their account. They don't give a damn about your opinion. Take this product, I use it myself, my mother, my brother, my mother-in-law, my brother's friend and his wife's father use it. The consultants of this store are a huge disadvantage. There is no desire to visit the store solely because of the staff.
