I gave my sneakers to Sky Cross and was absolutely delighted! Cleaned and painted just perfectly. They look like new, even better than before. Everything is neat, beautiful and with a soul. Thanks a lot to the team — now it's definitely my favorite place to take care of shoes!

Unfortunately, the second experience with this repair also turned out to be unsuccessful, to put it mildly. I handed over the shoe to the SB, it says, we will contact you within a day, as a result, we contacted you for more than two days, since the opening is a day off, we agreed on what needs to be done. It seemed to me that everything was logical, noticeable and clearly visible where the seam was torn and they told me we would sew everything in a circle for you there, I agreed. I paid, they sent me a piece of paper stating that it would be ready in more than 2 weeks, but the service assured me that it would not be so long. And indeed, after a couple of days it was already ready (I think that almost 6 days from the date when I left in the poster). I came to pick it up and I see nothing has been done, I was very upset at first. But when I came home and looked at everything better, it turned out that everything was even worse. A master professional in his field RIPPED OFF the SEAM, which was normal and RE-stitched it, and the one that was a couple of mm away from him was not even touched. Well, that's about it for me. Of course, they offered me to redo it for free, last year they did it for a month, they also did it first, and then they finished it, I'm shocked at this. I hope not to contact these professionals anymore and I do not advise others.

I do not recommend this service. The sneakers were ruined and they don't bear any responsibility, that's why they work on prepayment in order not to be responsible for the quality! The management's contacts do not give. They offered to paint it for 80 rubles, they say it will become richer, but the spots will remain, which, by the way, were not there before cleaning))
