The room is small, there is a lot of equipment. There are freezers (refrigerating) bins in the center of the hall - it is difficult for two customers to disperse. What about rush hour?? At the exit to the cash register, there is a wall slide with a confectionery assortment near the column - you have to wait until the goods are selected, only then there is an opportunity to get to the cash register. And yet.... when paying at the checkout, if the customer asks after the product has been passed through the scanner not to put it back in the basket, then YOU DON'T NEED TO DO THIS and don't ask where to put it, just remove the basket, that's all! (I just witnessed such a conversation.) The man paid for the package, folded the goods and left.
