It's 5:42 a.m. For half an hour now, there has been a ground bus at the Almaty airport near the SKAT 816 aircraft. Earlier, the bus was parked in the cold for 20+ minutes with the doors open. A child is screaming on the bus. The bus is just standing there. They don't say anything. The ramp is the bottom. ps. The employee began to talk about passengers with limited mobility. But there were none. No one got off the plane.

In my case, due to the flight delay from Moscow, I did not catch the next flight to Aktobe. The transfer was in Almaty. Special thanks to Tatyana Lyapustina, the senior cashier in Almaty, for her calmness, ability to quickly solve emerging issues and for her care. The ticket for the next flight was immediately issued. The only good thing about the company is that there is food on board, and yes, you will be taken to the place. But they will be late, and they will also lose your luggage. I flew on August 19 from St. Petersburg to Almaty with a transfer in Astana. The luggage was left in Astana. And not only for me, but for everyone who, like me, made a transfer and flew from St. Petersburg! The lost luggage office said it would be delivered at night, and "get it yourself." Is this even normal? If an airline loses its luggage, it delivers it to the passenger at its own expense, well, everywhere in the world it does. But not here. I wrote a complaint on the website and asked to pay for a taxi to and from the airport when collecting my luggage. Did someone answer? Silence.
