Well, we traveled with a large company of 5 rooms, 11 people.
Of the advantages:
- Location
- An area with thermal baths, a waterfall, a stormy river, a place where you can relax and enjoy the power of a mountain river, a nice spacious covered area in a canyon with a bubbling river
- Well-maintained territory with a swimming pool
- Ample parking
- The fundamental railway bridge
About the moments that left not positive impressions:
- audibility in the bungalow, as if you are behind a screen and not behind a wall
- water supply interruptions without water for 1 day, the second day there was no hot water in the bungalow of the second tier, they promised to fix it but failed,
- The third day is also without hot water.
The administrator and the check—in coordinator spread their hands and announced that they could do nothing ... except for a 10% discount for accommodation in rooms where there was no hot water.
- breakfasts are for money, very meager, but this did not prevent us from fortifying ourselves with delicious cheesecakes and pancakes
Conclusion: the 3-star hotel is a stretch, lack of management, inconsistency with the description of the service. The location is great if you drive a car

Excellent staff, settled quickly, everything is clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious, decorated with wood - the smell is pleasant. Special thanks to the cook, delicious, homemade food, cooked with ❤️.
We booked 2500 days in advance so that in the evening and in the morning we could visit the radon baths without the main crowd of tourists.

We visited in July 2024,
we were closer to 18 o'clock,
so we were all alone;
it was raining fine, warm, pleasant rain;
it's nice to be alone in such a place,
the descent to the spring resembles a fairy tale from childhood)
the water in the baths is very clean, warm, the smell is not strong;
when choosing a room with bathrooms, pay attention to the water pressure from the pipe, so as not to wait long for the water to enter the bathroom.
There are three baths in the cabins, the cabins are locked from the inside, there is a clock on the wall to keep track of the time spent in the bathtub.
A mountain river flows under the place where you can take a bath. When we were there, the river was very stormy and noisy.
As far as we understand, it almost always rains in this place.
In 2024, the entrance to the source cost 200 rubles per person.

The hotel is located just before reaching the abandoned town of Akarmara. Now an asphalt road has been laid, so it has become very easy to get there. On the territory there are radon baths located in a picturesque gorge. While waiting for the baths to fill, you can enjoy the sound of the mountain river and the beautiful view. There is a swimming pool and a sauna on site.

I am a positive person and I went more for nature, air, and tranquility. In general, I liked everything, but there are shortcomings: 1. There is no sound insulation between the rooms, you can hear everything, even what the neighbors are talking about. 2. Insects in the rooms are ants in large numbers and bedbugs, but this is a local fauna. 3. The kitchen is not tasty, they only took breakfast. The cook is a kind helpful woman - thanks separately, there are no questions about cooking, but there are questions about the quality of the products. We took cheesecakes - there is practically no cottage cheese, porridge is well cooked, but sour. In such a remote place, of course, there is not enough delicious food and a store, I had to go to Tkuarchal. 4. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt - for a fee! This is also a huge disadvantage. There were 3 days and in April this is enough, there is nothing for children to do there at all, there is no playground. The pool is open from 01.06. There is a barbecue, skewers, grill - you need to ask the administrator. The view from the upper bungalows is gorgeous. Parking space. The guard did a good job, he opened it/I closed it on demand. We vacated the rooms until 12 and left the cars in the parking lot, and we ourselves went on an excursion, the car was taken at about 14 - without any additional charges. We ate at the Apatkha cafe - the local cuisine is delicious, but the islands are the same, children can also be fed there: chicken soup, khinkali, pancakes with meat, etc. It is difficult to move there without a car.

This is a heavenly place. The staff is excellent. The cook in the dining room is trying very hard and everyone is very attentive, the food is delicious and homemade.We enjoyed our vacation immensely, and the rain didn't even bother us.two days was not enough.....Nature, birds singing, air…… We wish the whole team good luck, good health, and may your Guest House always be filled with grateful vacationers👍🏻💗👌🏻

Cleaning in the room, especially in the bathroom - for two. Old unpleasant towels. Breakfasts, lunches, dinners-just like everywhere else. The women are pleasant, they try to meet the wishes of the guests. The territory is well maintained. The place where radon baths are taken-it was scary for me to be there, in a house with rotten boards on the floor, when I sat down in the bath, there was a feeling that the whole structure was very unstable and unreliable. There is no way to assess it visually, there is an abyss below. I hope the hosts are very prudent people and monitor the safety of the entire event.

We just arrived from this hotel, the place is very calm and atmospheric. There are a lot of advantages, but nature has tried. Of the cons, the receptionist of this hotel is a young girl who does not differ in culture and apparently does not know anything about her. Neither hello nor goodbye. She doesn't give a damn about vacationers at all. There are a lot of broken tiles by the pool, the radon baths are not cleaned. In general, the hotel is five for nature, the staff is a three with a stretch.

Wonderful holiday home: well maintained, clean, with spring water. The nature is magnificent: mountains, a mountain river, beautiful trees, flowers everywhere. There is a small waterfall on the way down to the baths. The rooms are large and decorated with wood. Comfortable beds, a closet in a niche. The food is good. Breakfast is included, lunch and dinner can be ordered according to the suggested menu. There is a nice swimming pool. They cleaned and filled it in with us. Friendly staff, homely atmosphere. It's far away, but it's worth a trip

We were there in September, we liked everything. Great air, nature, silence. The kitchen prepares everything delicious at home. It's a long way to the nearest store, so it's better to stock up on sweets for the future.
As for the road to the hotel itself, we got there in a sedan, the road is very bad in places, but you can drive slowly. Basically a primer. But it's worth it if you want to relax in a quiet place. The pool is a very nice bonus.

We lived for 2 days in September 2023.
We took a room of the highest category. The room has a bed, a table, a refrigerator, a sofa and an electric fireplace. There are minor flaws, but it's quite normal for these places. Not all the light bulbs are on, sometimes there are ants, the Internet is naughty. The territory is small, but well maintained. And the pool on the territory is warm, it's generally great!
A visit to the rodon spring is included in the price. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be ordered. Everything is delicious too! There are no shops around. Beautiful view of the mountains, nature. We'll go again next year.

Mixed feelings from the visit. The baths themselves are not bad, the views from the gazebo are beautiful, visually it looks very decent. But in the main house in the heat, the air conditioner on the 3rd floor can not cope, the stuffiness is unreal, the pool is full of insects (not very pleasant when there is a dead bumblebee next to it), they usually feed, but first groups, and then ordinary families, and then if they get it.

Of the disadvantages, there is a broken road to the hotel, very late breakfasts (the kitchen opens from 10 a.m., closes at 18) and people who come from neighboring villages often swim in the pool

Gorgeous nature, the noise of the river, baths for those who want (they are perfectly equipped, there are changing rooms and recreation areas).
