It's a complete horror, just to sell it to consultants! We came with a friend, she asked for a specific brand and a specific product. They advised something else altogether. I was sold a serum with 20% niacinamide under the guise of a good serum for rashes!! Which contributes to an even greater appearance of rashes!! Although I asked for it initially with acids.
