We came to the store to get a bag. We were told that they would give us a certificate for 20,000 tenge for the next purchase. But since we are from Russia, it will be possible for us to use it immediately for 1 purchase. After we paid, it turns out that a 20k tenge discount is not provided, because the administration was against it, but we were not notified about it and were told only after payment. It's not about money, it's about the fact that they say one thing, but in fact it's completely different. It's not a pleasant experience when the sellers' task is to sell as soon as possible, especially in such an expensive store.
