Modern residential complex of good quality. Most of the residents are Arabs and Russian speakers. Clean, lots of greenery. There is one small grocery store and one pharmacy. Of the cons, there is practically nothing within walking distance. You can only walk around the house. P.S. A huge mosque is being built near the complex, which will become a religious center of attraction.

I really liked the area. There were caricatures in many places, the area is cool, clean, tidy and the houses are good, the contingent is also very different from other parts of the Caricature.

Pros- new complex, large balcony, nice pool, near the sea. Minuses:- there are flies on the pool, for no reason the alarm system screams periodically.

I rested for a week in this residential complex. Quiet and peaceful area. The Stadium metro station is 10 minutes away by taxi, the price is about 20 dirhams. There is a large supermarket nearby, everything is there. The sea is a 10-minute walk away

I really liked it! The infrastructure is excellent: shops, a swimming pool, a gym,a playground - especially for residents of an apartment building! The apartments themselves are small, but very cozy!
