I always stop here, right on the embankment, a stone's throw from the Central Park, there are many cafes and supermarkets around, the bus stop is nearby. The hotel is clean, there is a basic set of everything you need (towels, slippers, kettle, hairdryer, free drinking water).

The hotel is nice and cozy. The staff is polite. BUT we checked in there at 18.00, and according to their rules, we had to check out before 12.00 the next day (or pay for another day), and not before 18.00 as we expected. We knew for sure that we would finish our business before 17.00 and leave it 100%, but we had to pay, change our plans and spend the night and leave early the next morning. These are the rules they have that are inconvenient for visitors! And if we checked in at 22.00 and what? Do I have to leave before 12 the next day??? Or pay again and leave an hour later, at 13.00, And then they take the money for the whole day. I think IT'S UNFAIR.

The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful area, away from noisy roads, so you can get plenty of sleep. By the way, for those Russians who came to Kazakhstan to open bank accounts, I recommend this hotel. The PSC is within a kilometer. On the same road, returning back, you can go to banks for advice.

You only need a passport with a border crossing mark and a receipt for payment of 4,500 tenge, you pay there in the PSC and a local phone number. You hand over all this to an employee and wait for an SMS about the registration of the IIN. I passed everything at 10:35 a.m., and at 12:51 p.m. I got a text message that IIN is ready. I followed the link from the SMS and printed out the IIN from the website at the reception. And I've already gone to the banks with him. This is the beauty of the hotel's location from all banks within walking distance. And by the way, the cost of the room is less than in some places, 10,000 rubles per night. By the way, I arrived at 6 a.m., arrived at the hotel at 7. We settled in quietly.

There is a place to walk, there is a passage to the right of the entrance between the houses, behind the building a little further they sell delicious doners and hot dogs. The reception is very simple, but the rooms are excellent. A bed for 3 people. Pleasant, friendly administrators. There are coolers with water in the corridors, there are smoking rooms and a microwave for guests. Minus - cleaning. During the whole day, they did not remove the elementary garbage that they asked for from the room, they had to simply leave it at the reception when leaving on business.
The price for the room is very pleasant. About 1,700 rubles a day, without food, but there are a lot of cafes in the building that are very decent.
