I must say right away that there are many places where I have been. We always rest 5+. We really liked the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 17 o'clock.they settled right away. I asked them to put an extra bed right away. Everything was done right there. There are Russian-speaking administrators at the reception. There are no problems with anything. Everyone is very friendly!I wanted to pay extra and change the room to premium (with a balcony), but everyone was busy. Therefore, I recommend doing this when booking. The difference is 25,000 rubles. Deluxe rooms are all without balconies. But, this does not overshadow our rest. We live on the 26th floor. Sea view. That's great!!! The fact that they write that there is no place to dry swimsuits is not a problem. Of course, it's more convenient on the balcony, but it dries in the shower or in the room. Just put it on the table and it dries. I asked for an adapter for sockets and they also brought it right away. They are not in the room. The room is equipped with everything that is written in the description. The TV works fine, the Internet is wonderful. There are everywhere, even on the beach. Beach: nice beach. Beach cleaning is good. The fact that they write that there are no urns near the sunbeds, so it's fine! The urns are all standing at the exit from the beach. As long as we are here, I have not seen anyone smoking on the beach. And that's great. Because most of them don't smoke and there are a lot of families with kids. The sun beds are clean. They constantly walk and clean the sand. There is always a bartender on the beach. Brings both food from the restaurant and drinks. Sea: the tide starts to ebb from 11 am. But, it's not critical. You can swim along the buoys. Normal sea. Thanks to the breakwater, there are no waves. It's always calm, and at 7 in the morning, it's just a fairy tale. Clean, clear water. Yes, there is a stripe at the entrance of the stones. So what! Not critical. Stepped over and there is no problem. You need to understand that there is such a sea everywhere. Because it's an artificial island. In the morning, a tractor drives and levels and cleans the sand on the beach. The beach for swimming is normal. Walking along the shore will not work far.this does not overshadow our rest. Restaurant: there is EVERYTHING from food. For every taste and desire. The food is normal. People write that it is monotonous. Some nonsense! You'd think everyone at home has 500 dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner Straight, funny! There are fish, meat, chicken, various seafood, Japanese cuisine! The juices are delicious. Freshly squeezed carrot is given for lunch. The waiters work fast. Very attentive. The fact that drinks are brought for a long time is not true now. You need to understand that they do not go with a teapot and cups. They go behind the counter and take it there. But, the wait is not at all 15 minutes. At breakfast, in general, quickly, because there are few people. I read reviews before the trip and was upset. I arrived and realized that it was all nonsense. A nice place in a great hotel! The restaurant is a la carte, but in my opinion nothing outstanding, just a quieter place, and the staff is really relaxed (unlike the team of the main hotel restaurant). You can go in once, which is actually offered to hotel guests.
