We worked on cargo delivery from China. Overall, everything went fine. The documents were processed, the cargo arrived without loss, and the status was informed. There was a slight shift in terms of timing relative to the initial calculation, but this was warned in advance. Not everything is perfect, but as a reliable carrier, I can recommend it.

At the stage of submitting their price offer, they gave an adequate price and time, in fact, they brought us with a delay of 14 days due to a full customs inspection with additional costs charged to us, as a result, they charged additional costs of 30% of the original cost, our arguments were not accepted by the company's management. A completely non-customer-oriented company. I do not recommend working with this company. If you decide to try it anyway, write down all the circumstances in the contract before starting work, for which you can incur additional costs and penalties for postponing delivery dates.
