Good afternoon, very poor service. The first time our company faced unreasonable surcharges of 1000 dollars per container (it felt like the agent had drawn the "bills" himself, no seals, nothing), there were 3 containers in total, and the delivery took 3.5 months, the second time was allegedly the postponement of the container's exit for 3 weeks (the rest of the forwarders were OK at that time), apparently the agent was stupidly waiting for a decrease in the market price to increase the margin (the price fell by 2000 dollars). I'm writing because, first of all, it used to be a good company, and now some kind of horror is happening to them. Secondly, no one even apologized for this mess. Left extras, 3.5 months delivery, some incomprehensible postponements...
