Many thanks to the entire Euroline Tour team for my wonderful vacation! I want to leave an honest and pleasant review about the work of Anna, my travel agent. She's really a professional in her field! At first, she listened to all my wishes in detail and decided to choose the perfect tour for me. During the preparation process, she was very attentive, answered all my questions and gave recommendations that made the rest even better. I especially liked that Anna was always in touch, promptly resolved any issues and provided complete comfort. Thanks to her, I got a great vacation without any hassle! Good morning, I want to share my impressions of my trip to Istanbul and express my gratitude to Anna, who helped us organize this trip. When planning my vacation, I contacted several travel agencies with a request for Istanbul and my wishes, but I was faced with the fact that they simply offered me some random trips that did not suit me either on budget, or on dates, or according to my preferences, and in one place they even said in a rather rude form, what is the budget that I plan, it's better to stay at home, that I need 2x, 2.5 x 💷 😳 And so Anna called me at my request, which I left on the Euroline tour website. It was a hit on my list from the first dialogue: they listened to me carefully, heard me, and offered to call me in a video chat, to select a tour and discuss the details. It was super professional and individual, and during the conversation, I felt very relaxed and didn't hesitate to ask any questions (maybe even stupid ones in some places, since this is my first trip of this kind). I received all the answers (in great detail), several accommodation and flight options (from + and - each) and chose the appropriate option. I want to note that we were connected and after payment of the tour, and during a holiday, which gave confidence and peace of mind 🙂 it thank you ❤️ to travel, I have even more strongly, and now I won't look for someone to organize your holidays, it's 100% Evolvin tour and Anna ❤️ The girls from the booking department also worked professionally and were always in touch. With payment and paperwork, everything was clearly explained, easily and without any problems. The rest was great, and despite the fact that about a month has passed since our trip, I am still impressed and I remember every moment with trepidation. The chosen hotel turned out to be very good and perfectly suited all the criteria of our entire company. We stayed at the Zya Regina Hotel in Hurghada. Great hotel, great beach, food, territory.
