Some positions seem to be occupied, but this is the same as an empty place. But the management of this institution is satisfied with all this. Satisfied with the lack of competent specialists, fewer people will go to the clinic. Even when it's really bad, but you don't want to go to this institution at all - it's an empty pastime, it's better to go to a paid clinic. Of course, this is expensive, especially for a pensioner.

I've never seen such a terrible clinic. A lost place. I would especially like to mention the pre-medical office. One person is taken for 30-40 minutes..and such a circus from time to time. everything became clear when I got into this office myself and saw this divine dandelion who writes your name for 5 minutes, and when I complained about hair loss, they told me "it's because you collect a tail with an elastic band and make an onion mask, everything will pass, it helped me" what, excuse me??? what kind of elastic band and mask? ... It is impossible to take coupons to the therapist... They just don't exist. They're over. Of course, he is a specialist... And so, to get to a therapist, you need to go through 7 circles of hell, spend half a day in the pre-hospital, so that your complaints are duplicated on a piece of paper and with this piece of paper you go to the therapist for another half day, where besides you there are people on coupons and on sick leave. When a miracle happens, you finally get to a therapist, he sends you for tests and tells you to come back in a couple of days..and here, this HELL begins anew - half a day to the pre-hospital and half a day to the therapist, but there are still no coupons..neither in the clinic itself, nor via the Internet.

It is almost impossible to get through to the reception desk - it is constantly busy (I called today, for example, from 7.15 to 11.45 every 15-20 minutes). A pandemic? I'm looking at the "neighboring" polyclinic - the 22nd - full of "orange" coupons " for any doctor. Why does the "pandemic" exist only in the hotel-23rd polyclinic? When will you order coupons through the website, especially if you can't get through to the reception? Do I need to come and crowd everyone in front of the reception? What about the "pandemic"? Why are doctors "hanging" on the site who do not work and will not work for several years (went on maternity leave, etc.)? And I don't even want to write about trips to the clinic - a separate "song".

The girl who conducts the FVD procedure in room 202 (it seems to be Ksenia), you do not communicate with your girlfriends and through the word mate and not with anyone else who can "click" and raise the tone. Administration of the 23rd polyclinic, teach 20-year-old girls to communicate with patients in the end!!! Coming to a paid service, even for 5 rubles, people expect a normal attitude towards themselves! If the "doctors" in the same Synevo had communicated with patients in this way, they would have been fired a long time ago, it's just a pity that our free medicine keeps such "non-specialists".
