I visited this hall yesterday, there are no trial visits, so a one-time one costs 5,000 tenge, of course, they immediately offer to issue a subscription, but it is not included in the plans. In correspondence with the manager, I found out if there is a separate spacious hall where, for example, group classes are held, to which I was simply told that there is a functional hall where people warm up, but I was not notified that it is very small, covered with soft puzzle squares that cannot be stepped on in shoes, as well as There are pears hanging there and it's packed with people sparring. A lot of people, a lot! Yes, for many people this is a great option, who need a little, that is, for fans, keeping fit, coming just to run or sip some exercise equipment, it may be suitable, but for athletes, no! The hall is very small, everything is packed with people and exercise equipment, there is no space, the ceilings are low (of course my jamb is that I forgot to clarify this with the manager). Queues to exercise machines to get on the treadmill need to be monitored so as not to miss the moment. I noticed that there are no napkins on the floors for general use, as is usually the case in halls, for example, to wipe sweat, so either carry it with you, or you will have to go to the toilet for toilet paper) There is Wi-Fi, but the usual connection does not catch almost, especially on the 3rd floor. The bar area is expensive, a jar of sanpiligrin costs 2,000 tenge, if you go to any store, they are on sale for 1k, but this is the base in such places. As a result, the hall consists of 3 floors: 1-reception area, where services are paid, bar and changing rooms. 2-exercise equipment 3-cardio, exercise equipment, the same functional hall) Depends on your goal, but I really didn't like it :(

The location is convenient, there is Parking. Dispensers on all floors. Which is not convenient and is not enough. Exercise equipment is not expensive, there is no zone and stretching equipment. It's not convenient that the simulators are on different floors, especially when you're doing a set. It is suspected that when the gym is fully loaded, there may be a queue for simulators and projectiles. Ventilation in the cardio area is so-so, it smells like farts)))). Summary, the gym is not bad for your money.

I've never gone to the gym or worked out. After the first session with the coach, Damir realized that she had got to a good coach and was very happy about it. I am happy to go to the gym, I really like the conditions. It's nice when the coach explains everything clearly, shows you how to do the exercises correctly
