It's a disgusting bank. I wrote an email complaint about a personal unpleasant situation as a client, they called back and said wait for a response within the time limit set by law. A month has passed, silence And there are eternal queues in this department, specialists are barely working. There aren't many customers, but you have to wait for 30-40 minutes or more with 2 people ahead of you.
