An amazing hotel, my kind travel agent recommendation. 😉
The hotel's feature is an outdoor cascading pool open 24 hours! I have not seen this in hotels in Oman.
Kempinski is very beautiful, all white, the design is cool - you fall in love with the first step.
LOCATION: TOP location!
the hotel is located literally 10-15 minutes drive from the airport. Planes fly, but this does not interfere in any way, but only adds romance. The main attractions are also a 20-30-minute drive away.
Kempinski is located in the new and respectable Al Muzh district, where luxury housing and other high-level hotels are located.
You will have somewhere to go outside the territory, be sure to walk to the marina with yachts, a cool promenade, especially beautiful at night. It's a bit like Dubai.
BEACH: public, as everywhere in Oman, while it is in Kempinski that the sun beds are on the beach area and it is convenient, compared to other hotels. The entrance was shallow and it was not so shallow when compared with other hotels that are located in the center of Muscat.
TERRITORY: green, beautiful. There is a beautiful Infinity pool - cool for photos.
There is a tennis court for sports.
ROOMS: modern. In addition to the shower, there is a bathtub in each category, even in the most minimal. Flavored salt will be waiting for you next to the bathroom, you can lie down and soak up. The rooms are equipped with modern facilities. Elite cosmetics.
I recommend booking FROM the DELUXE category.
MEALS: in the best traditions - with red fish and fresh for breakfast.
There are cool a la carte restaurants, e. There is also an interesting PUB - there is a lot of movement there if a match is scheduled.
As a lover of sweets, I really liked the desserts.
STAFF: everyone is friendly, there are Russian-speaking representatives at the reception.
FOR CHILDREN: a cool mini club. There is also a bowling alley (for an additional fee) and a game center for the whole family, a children's pool. So it will also be comfortable here with a child.
Another feature: for all guests, from 18:00 to 18:30
, a mochtel (non-alcoholic cocktail) is provided free of charge in a beautiful area.

The rooms are comfortable. Everything is there. The pastel is comfortable. The breakfasts are excellent. The SPA is pleasant, the masseuses are good. I thought the sun beds would be much better in Oman. Beach towels are mediocre. You can't find a room to change clothes on the beach. Unlucky, the room with a sea view was located above the restaurant, where music was playing until nightfall. There were no available rooms to move in , but the hotel tried to make up for my disappointment with gifts

When I visited Oman for the first time, I experienced incredible emotions! It is an amazingly beautiful country with friendly people, clean streets and an atmosphere of absolute security.
I chose this hotel, and I didn't regret it for a second! The service here is top—notch - the staff takes care of you 24/7, but they do it unobtrusively, creating a sense of privacy and comfort.
The food deserves special praise — 100 out of 100! Many thanks to every chef for the amazing dishes and the lovely waiters for the attentive service.

A wonderful retreat on the shore in the European area. A large building in the exhibition hall, several swimming pools, walking distance to the seashore with its own beach. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the staff is wonderful. I would like to say something about the food. The choice of food is very rich and for every taste, you can take a full ponsionate and enjoy.

A hotel for relaxation, deserves all the praise. Convenient location, close to the airport. Delicious and varied breakfasts, cleanliness in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Today I want to share my impressions about the Kempinski Hotel Muscat 5*
1. Location
The hotel is located in the new Al-Muj area - it is close to the airport (planes do not interfere), a 15-minute walk to the waterfront. It is very beautiful here, there are promenades and parks, a golf course, a yacht club, a lagoon, cafes and restaurants by the water, etc. There are only luxury hotels on the beach line, including Kempinski.
One caveat: there is a construction site in the neighborhood, but everything is being done quietly. The view does not spoil, it does not interfere with rest in any way.
2. The territory
I liked the architecture of the hotel - a combination of modern design and an Arab palace. The lobby is great! Green area, there is a small garden inside. There are several restaurants, two swimming pools, a gym with modern equipment, as well as a SPA center with a sauna and a small Jacuzzi. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
3. The room
A comfortable bed, good bed linen and pillows. There is a kettle and a coffee machine in the room. There is a spacious bathroom, a shower cabin and a large bathtub. Salvatore Ferragamo cosmetics.
4. Nutrition
Excellent food: delicious and varied. At breakfast there are good vegetable and bread stations, red fish, various sausages and cheeses, several types of salad, various types of egg dishes. They bake waffles and pancakes. There are themed kitchens. Drinks include tea, coffee, fresh juices, detox water. The restaurant also had a small gluten-free food corner and a children's corner.
For dinner, there is a good selection of fish and seafood, as well as steaks, ribs, chicken and turkey. There are themed kitchens. Soups, 5-7 types of salad, etc.
The desserts are incredible, it's impossible to put into words! Several types of ice cream.
I talked with several hotel guests, praised the Bukhara Indian cuisine restaurant (I'm not a fan myself, so I can't say anything).
5. Entertainment
Own bowling alley and entertainment center. There is a children's club and a children's pool under a canopy. There is a table tennis table near the pool. Live music in the evening.
6. The beach
The first coastline, a spacious beach. Comfortable gentle entry into the water. The sand can be hot during the day, be careful. Comfortable lounge chairs with soft mattresses. When you come to the beach, a hotel employee brings a mini fridge with water.
7. The overall impression
A very pleasant hotel with good service. Upon arrival, you will be treated to dates and Omani coffee with cardamom (this is everywhere in Oman, do not refuse).
It is perfect for a relaxing holiday or if you come to Oman for work matters. I advise you to combine this hotel with some other beach hotel and book Kempinski for a few days before flying home.

Five stars are justified. What gorgeous bed linen, pillows of varying degrees of rigidity, you can even ask for an orthopedic at the reception. Gym, hammam, sauna with a tub of cold water. Everything is clean, the staff is trying their best. The breakfasts are monotonous, some dish of the day was missing.

If you are looking for comfort, then you are not here. We stayed at this hotel from March 16 to March 24. A deluxe room with a balcony was booked. We paid for an early check - in . They settled with a view of the garbage dump and the entrance to the underground garage.After the Pak tour operator was connected, they were moved to a room with an ocean view for an additional fee. Everything in the hotel is subordinated to architectural delights, not to the convenience of vacationers. To change clothes after swimming by the pool, you need to go to the building and go down to the basement.Channels along the buildings serve as breeding grounds for mosquitoes. In the evening, it is impossible to have dinner in the air, they get stuck! The renovation of the rooms seems to have been done by very unskilled workers. The sockets are installed at random.I'm amazed! The ocean is wonderful, the pool staff is beyond praise, beach towels at any time in unlimited quantities. Breakfasts and dinners are beyond criticism.

The hotel is impeccable in architecture, equipment, and infrastructure. The excellent cuisine pleasantly surprised me. The staff is friendly, unobtrusive, attentive, helpful. Not all shifts in the main restaurant are equally well prepared. But this is probably one of the few disadvantages. Beach and coastline at 5. The entrance to the sea is excellent for those who like to swim. It is not necessary to go 3 km to the depth. I want to note the freshness of the hotel. In general, Oman is an excellent state (through the eyes of a tourist) and the hotel is super. Especially after Turkey and the UAE. But not for families with school-age children, i.e. for couples, for relaxation or for families with preschool children

I spent 2 months at work in January-March 2021. Excellent hotel and apartment complex. The breakfast is super, huge swimming pool, gym, tennis court. the staff is without complaints. The hotel management is from Germany, the service standards are high. I recommend it for tourists, but not in the heat)

Russian speakers can be 2 people who have moved long ago (they speak with slowness - they translate in their mind). In general, you need to understand why you are going to Oman. This is not a Russian-speaking country.
