I booked 3 places from Adler to Makeyevka on May 27 for June 28, at 13.00 at 3500 rubles per person.
The booking was confirmed by the operator Julia in a telegram.
Also on June 26, she once again confirmed the reservation and asked to make an advance payment of 1500 rubles.
AFTER making an advance payment, it turns out that the flight will be at 19.00 (!!!). Such things are usually agreed upon in advance!
As a result, Mercedes Vito arrives at 20.00. Whoever drove knows that in place next to the driver, you can only drive sideways, because the dashboard interferes. And now imagine 14 hours on the road in this position!
And, of course, he has only 3 seats left: 2 in the front and one in the cabin. That is, my husband and I were driving in front, and my daughter was in the cabin!
It also turns out that the ticket costs 4000 rubles, which Julia did not warn me about, of course.
The dispatcher refuses to solve the problem, Julia ignores me in tg. I am generally silent about the experience of the driver who fell asleep all the way.
In general, the impression is spoiled, I will not contact this office anymore and I do not advise anyone.

The support service is working abominably. if you decide to book tickets directly through a dialogue with the manager, you will not be provided with any information, they refuse to answer questions about the trip, a situation occurred to me personally that the manager was asked a question with clear wishes for the trip, to which the employee confirmed the reservation and approved the wishes. later it turned out that the employee had registered a reservation for another transport, but did not even decide it was necessary to inform the customer about it, let alone coordinate this moment.

The cleanliness of the cabin, comfortable chairs and warmth were important to me. However.... The places were pointed out to us exactly in those that were not necessary.
