Perfect location, easy access to metro; direct access to mall (Ibn Battuta usually not crowded and has lots of shops incl international brands of clothes, shoes, accessories, homewear, watches and lots of coffee shops and restaurants). Room was clean and spacious with corner big windows.

We just returned to Russia from the New Year holidays and stayed in this hotel.Excellent location - within walking distance of the Metro,bus station,large Mall (where you can not only eat, but also find great shopping deals in the shops presented) The rooms are clean, with perfect white linens and towels. Shower gel, shampoo and liquid soap Daily cleaning,water replenishment,coffee,tea and sugar The breakfasts are almost the same every day, with a slight change in some positions, but there is always something to eat. Fruits, pastries, delicious cheeses, sausages, a small selection of vegetables, hummus, and hot dishes such as bacon, sausages, hash browns, omelets or scrambled eggs (you can order according to your preferences from the chef at the counter) The pool is small, there are often not enough sun beds, but we sat on chairs at tables near the pool and when the sunbed was released, we went to the sunbed. We had a room on the 15th floor, and the water pressure in the shower was weak, but it didn't bother us much. I recommend this hotel for accommodation, because despite the minor disadvantages, it is still a very cool and convenient accommodation option, from where we went to all the sights and Malls
