Last year, we were looking for a company that could do a house project, saw an advertisement for the Leader Stroy company, and decided to meet with them to see what they would offer us. We were pleasantly surprised when we were offered a large number of ready-made projects, and we settled on one of them. Three months after the appeal, the guys started building a house. I really liked the approach to the work and the construction process. We could literally watch online as the foundation was poured, walls, roof, and roof appeared. We are very pleased with the end result, and can definitely recommend this company for the construction and design of a house.

When I started looking for a company for a house project, I quickly realized: everyone has a beautiful portfolio, but not everyone has a normal job with a client. My wife and I met with several contractors, compared approaches, and asked the same questions. As a result, we settled on leadership, not because of loud promises, but because they talked about the case and really delved into our task. First, we were shown the options for ready-made solutions and explained how they can be adapted. At the same time, they honestly said: if we want a layout and architecture "for ourselves", it's better to go into an individual project. We discussed this at home and decided not to adjust the dream to someone else's size. Then I liked the organization of the process. At the first meeting, there were not only managers, but also an architect and a designer. We have sorted out what is important: the layout, the functionality of the premises, the nuances of the facade, the location on the site. After the meeting, they did not disappear: during the design process, they contacted us several times, clarified the details and offered solutions where we ourselves had doubts. It didn't look like "coordinate to close the stage", but like a normal engineering job. At the exit, we received a project that coincided with our expectations: we took into account our wishes and prepared a 3D visualization, which made it clear how the house would look in reality, and not just in drawings. After such an experience, it is logical to continue cooperation on construction. If someone chooses where to order a project, I would recommend not judging just by the site. It's better to go to a meeting and see if they ask you clarifying questions and try to figure out the task. In our case, this is exactly what became crucial.
