The first breakfast was very pleasant, also in a pleasant atmosphere, a table next to the Christmas tree, there are children's toys, there is something for the child to do while waiting for food. We booked the same table for dinner, as the children are very comfortable with toys there. But! There were other people sitting there at dinner. They didn't even apologize to us, but simply said that these people had booked 2 days ago. So we booked, and no one said that the table was already occupied. Okay, "swallowed". We ordered beef cheeks. This is a joke, of course, the first time we've encountered such a thing. They brought 2 pieces of cheeks and 2 pieces of stewed beef, passing it off as cheeks. The whole situation was saved by the waiter, he is very friendly and tried in every possible way to settle the situation, he likes the stars. Then it turned out that there was no dessert that the children had ordered, and the order was accepted with the whole order, we had already eaten and when, according to the rules, dessert had to be taken out after the meal, the waiter announced that our dessert was over. I wanted to leave quickly, but I wasn't in the mood anymore, and that made it uncomfortable to sit. We did not have dinner there again, and if we come again, we will not have dinner there, although we really liked the hotel. Before leaving, we had a Belarusian breakfast, just like on the first day. The draniki were equally delicious, but the meat gravy was different, also delicious, but it didn't look very appetizing (photo attached), the children didn't even try this liquid. The morning waiter is also very friendly. Stars only work for the waiters.
