A huge plus of this mall is something like our "Auchan" on the lower level. Prices depend on the exchange rate, in general, the norms. There are popular stores in Russia (which are not there now), the quality of the goods is excellent. It is quite possible to survive the heat and take a walk. Buy groceries and household chemicals, too.

Branded stores are more expensive than Moscow ones. There are local analogues of "Chinatown", it's cheaper there. It has a plan to go to the -1 floor - a large kerefur skpermarket and exchange currencies with a normal exchange rate.
