I constantly ordered goods to this pick-up point, near my house. There were wonderful people on the issue. An employee, Kristina, appeared - it was just terrible. Rude, rude. After the visit, the mood is at zero. Fortunately, pick-up points with adequate staff have opened nearby. I had to change it.

The male employees are cool, they always met us halfway and promptly resolved all issues. A new girl (Kristina, it seems) - when a marriage is discovered: "your problems." There is zero help, zero understanding, and zero involvement in the problem. A person seems to work with people, but behaves as if the whole world owes him something, and he is the king and ruler of the PVZ. Don't do this, if everyone is a little kinder, maybe the world will change for the better?
