Everything would be fine, even if the breakfasts are not 5 stars and not even the declared 4, let the hands in the sink not be washed normally, because they cannot really be substituted under the tap, let the safe in the room not work because of incorrect instructions and in general this hotel does not pull for 4 stars in any way. Figs with him. I would not write this review, but the noise from the "concert and entertainment" programs, as well as ignoring requests to the administration, became the cherry on the cake. This hotel is not worth the money and nerves. Next time I won't stop here unequivocally, since "events" are more important to them than guests.

We stopped at a restaurant for lunch. Instead of the promised 20-25 minutes, the wait turned out to be more than 60 minutes. The interval of serving dishes between the first and second is simply huge. I do not advise it, any other restaurant or cafe is better where the speed of cooking and service is at the level.

Hello, Everyone!I stayed at this hotel, junior suite,large quadrature.pleasant environment.Probably the best hotel in Kostanay.But it is unpleasant to have breakfast, there is very little assortment.It's not very tasty.Otherwise, everything is great!The service is there, but there is a lot to develop.The staff is not annoying.

I was upset that they didn 't let me into the room at 12 o'clock , I wanted to change my clothes and go on business . Unfortunately, I had to sort out the suitcase during the process . To another Dedeman hotel in the city of Ust Kamenogorsk, they allowed me to stay in the room until 17:00, since I had a flight at 19:00. I think next time I will not stop.

Excellent hotel, clean, tidy, but not cheap. Booking is often cheaper. If you take a suite, then a huge room and a bedroom will leave a pleasant impression in your memory. Although I recommend rooms below the class.

Well, what can I say, the rooms are for a strong four, but there is one THING .... Confusion in booking.... Having flown 5000 km with three transfers, we were almost left without a number. We spent an hour at the reception, but still checked in. I must say that the administrator has solved the issue. Check your reservation 10 times in advance. From a good one, there is a great restaurant in the backyard. The cuisine is 10 out of 10 - simply a masterpiece, I recommend fish soup and pasta - they cook exceptionally well. The price tag is average for a restaurant hospital. Great!

Rooms near the banquet hall - you can't relax in them because of the noise of the music. The breakfast is good, but in half an hour there are already leftovers and they don't even ask which room. It's time to refresh the interior. It would be warm, and the neighbors would not be heard - the price would match, but it is too high

The hotel is located in the city center. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a restaurant where breakfast is served, and here at lunch there are very tasty business lunches.
My room was on the second floor, very spacious with a large double bed, bedside sockets, a wardrobe, a desk and a refrigerator with a minibar. A spacious bathroom with a shower stall and vertical showers, all toiletries. Friendly and attentive staff, fast Internet connection. For breakfast, scrambled eggs, two types of porridge, vegetable and fruit cuts, nuts and dates, pastries, pancakes, since I was on Shrovetide week, tea bags. Instant coffee. It's hard to leave hungry! Overall, excellent value for money.
