The hotel is clean and pleasant, there are free buses to the Dubai Mall, the Festival and the beach. Cleaning every day, the breakfasts are not great, but the basic needs are covered (only sausages and 2 types of sausage in the style of a doctor's office are made from meat, so meat lovers will not have enough), there are queues at the tables if you have a large company. The staff was friendly and solved the problems quickly enough. We haven't been to the pool. The area is actively developing now, but there are no loud construction sounds. Dubai Mall is 20 minutes away by taxi, 1 hour by metro.
The metro is 15 minutes away, there is a playground, a pharmacy, mini shops, a cafe and a coffee shop (Costa coffee) nearby. We had a view of the city (the neighboring area). Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. ☺️

Nice hotel, located on the outskirts of Dubai. Near the metro. A couple of shops and a large supermarket. There are daily transfers from the hotel to the beach, Dubai Mall and Festival Mall. Very polite staff. There are managers who speak Russian well. Towels and water were changed every day. They don't give out dressing gowns. The breakfasts are great for every taste, but almost the same every day. Heated swimming pool. You can leave your luggage if you arrive early.

Gorgeous!The staff is very hospitable, attentive, any issue is resolved quickly, the wishes of the guests are taken into account. Cleaning daily, replenishing water, coffee, etc. also daily. The rooms are very beautiful, stylish, modern, and the design of the entire interior of the hotel is on top! We only took breakfast, but such a variety!Several varieties of sausages, cheeses, yoghurts, vegetables, a huge number of seasonings, several types of soups, porridges, very tasty pastries, melon, watermelon, oranges, bananas, etc. We are thrilled! In addition, free Wi-Fi. Why does the hotel have only 3 stars? There is a lifeguard on duty near the pool (this is the first time I've seen this).

Excellent service, we met a man at the reception who knows Russian, explained everything well. We took a room with breakfast, a large selection of food. There is a swimming pool, a gym, a bar. The location is not the best if you do not rent a car or use a taxi. It's a 15-minute walk to the subway, there's a problem with pedestrian crossings, plus sand everywhere. Dubai Mall is 1:30 minutes on foot, 50 minutes by metro or 15 minutes by taxi/car.

Great hotel. Excellent service, staff, kitchen.
Large warm swimming pool.
I recommend paying a little extra for the pool view.
The upper floor (7) is for smokers.
Good location, 12 min walk to the metro.
Convenient shuttles to the beach and Dubai Mall.
In general, the hotel pulls at least 4 *.

We stayed at this hotel in January 2025. The staff is hospitable and friendly. I would especially like to mention Abdurakim, who quickly and accurately helped us in solving our issues. The hotel is clean, daily cleaning. The buffet style meals are varied. You can always take a taxi near the hotel at an affordable price. We recommend staying at this hotel.

Check what you have pressed on the scoreboard in the room.…The staff who cleans the room won't even take a chocolate bar if you left it for them - write a note that it's for them. The on-site swimming pool is heated. One of the disadvantages is the shady side in the pool area and sun loungers. The food is for 5, we only took breakfast. The area is remote from the center, there is nowhere to walk around the construction site.

We were at the hotel from 1-5.10.24, booked two rooms for adults and children (17+12 years old), it turned out to be more profitable, and if even more comfortable. The hotel exceeded expectations. Service for 5+, regular cleaning, replenishment with water and tea with coffee, excellent linen and towels. Great breakfasts. The ideal pool, which is always in the shade of the hotel building, allows you to relax comfortably by the pool when the air is +37 and the sun is scorching. There is a free shuttle service to the beach and to the center. They record it in advance. Within walking distance of the metro station (5min quiet walk). Near the 5* Rotana building and the Apart hotel, there are several fields for tennis, football, basketball, come to life with games closer to midnight). Thanks to the staff and managers for the excellent work.

We came in mid-October for 8 days with our family (me, my husband and my almost 2-year-old son). Everyone is just delighted with this hotel, I would never give it 3 stars. The food is very tasty, especially for Dubai. Buffet meals, a decent variety of dishes. We ate breakfast and dinner. In the region of 80 dirhams, you can pay for an adult to eat at lunch as well. Which turned out to be quite budget-friendly when compared with the city.
The attitude of the staff is very loyal and friendly, especially towards children. In the Emirates, in principle, they love children, and this was very noticeable in the hotel.
There is its own free parking, I don't remember the exact number of places, but it seems like 72. Since we rented a car, it was important for us. We quietly parked the car at the entrance, there are free places.
If there were any problems, they were solved immediately.
There are free buses to the beach and Dubai Mall.
There is also a swimming pool, but we did not have time to fill it up. It looks good, everything is clean and there is a lifeguard

Hello, everyone. We stayed at this hotel on 15-22.03.25. From the Airport there is a 15-minute transfer. The standard room is small and there is a minus with nowhere to dry things. There are no Russian channels on TV. The rest is normal. The conder worked perfectly. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and varied. We had breakfast and dinner. There were no seats for dinner a couple of times because Iftar was taking place, but it wasn't terrible to serve it in the bar, but in general it was possible to go to dinner before Iftar until the sun set, or after Iftar closer to closing, then the places are normal. (Iftar is an evening meal during RAMADAN.) The prices in the bar are cosmos , a glass of 44 dirhams of beer, and strong alcohol is also too expensive. Therefore, shop at dutifrey or at the alcohol specialty store nearest to the Festival City Mall in the basement of the parking lot, open until 18:00. There are Russian-speaking Turkmen at the reception to help. I would also like to mention that the hotel's swimming pool is open until 20:00. It really helped us to relax after a busy day. They take you by bus to Kite Beach and Dubai Mall supermarket, but you need to make an appointment at the reception earlier. The beach is normal, very large, and there are toilets and showers, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants, along the entire beach there is a rubber-coated road - it's a pleasure to walk without getting tired!!! The metro station is not far from the hotel, about 10 minutes walk away, but you will have to walk along the road in places because there is not a sidewalk everywhere, there are many construction sites nearby. In the Metro, the minimum card is 25 dirhams, it is valid for all types of transport (metro, bus, tram), which can also be replenished by at least 25 dirhams. You need to attach the card at the entrance to the Subway and at the exit, because they actually count how many stations you have traveled and charge money from the card, it's very inconvenient, it's hard to plan transportation costs, in Russia you only pay for admission and ride at least all day. It's not like that!!! Taxis for Dubai are probably normal prices. Dubai Mall prices are available there only as a guided tour. According to reviews and recommendations, we traveled to Dubai Marina by Metro with a tram transfer. We didn't get a ride there, it's not a beach or an area, for me it's better at Kite Beach. In general, you can safely recommend a hotel for your stay!!!

Nice hotel and staff. Cleaning is done every day. There is a swimming pool, a buffet restaurant and a bar. If food is not included in the price, 1 meal for 2025 will cost you 75 dirhams per person. Nearby there is a metro within walking distance, a grocery store, pharmacies. The only drawback is that there is nowhere to walk, there are roads all around and there are no pedestrian crossings.

I really liked the hotel. The breakfasts are very tasty, according to the buffet system. Fresh and high-quality products. The disadvantage of the hotel is the location. Far from the center of Dubai. But there is a transfer to La Mer Beach, Dubai Mall and Dubai Festival. Taxis are on duty at the entrance to the hotel, they call for the same price, in fact it turns out higher.

We had a family vacation of 4 people. The hotel is listed as 3 stars, but it is definitely not less than 4. The hotel is modern, nothing shabby, battered or old was seen. Upon arrival at the hotel, a man met us, loaded our luggage onto a special closed luggage trolley, offered us a seat, and invited us to the check-in counter. Everything is cultural. The room is excellent, adjacent to 2 rooms, cleaning, food, pool, everything is very good. The metro is nearby. The only disadvantage is the distance from the sea, but there is a transfer service. And they're building nearby, but it's everywhere, it didn't bother us.

Great hotel, we flew to celebrate the New Year in Dubai. It took about 5 minutes on foot to get to the metro, and 15-20 minutes to get to the center with a transfer. There is a shuttle service to the beach, to the Dubai mall, to another shopping center (free of charge). The food is good, you won't stay hungry for sure. The rooms are cleaned every day, bed linen every 3 days.

The room had a view of the city and a small pool. No noise from the neighbors.
There are transfers to the beach and popular shopping centers (Dubai Mall, etc.), but I did not have time to use them.
Another advantage is that there is a subway nearby. And the area itself is still being completed and shops and local restaurants are slowly opening. In a year, I think that everything will be completed and there will be a completely different impression.

The area is being built up, so if you don't plan to take a car, be prepared to walk along the sand and roadways to the subway. The hotel location itself is clean and already inhabited: there is no feeling that you are in the epicenter of construction.
The breakfasts are good, but very monotonous. I've been eating one set of foods on a plate all week. There is a pub with alcoholic drinks on the ground floor.
The staff is friendly and pleasant, the rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every day.
The room itself is battered, the sofa is stained, and the tiled floors take away the comfort of the space. I recommend taking some disposable "hotel" slippers with you, it's uncomfortable to walk on the floor with bare feet or in white socks.
On New Year's Eve, the price included a gala dinner held at a nearby five-star hotel. The buffet was excellent, the only drawback was that upon returning it was impossible to sleep until 3 a.m., the windows were not tightly closed.

We were at the hotel in early November 2019. There was a solid construction site around the hotel, but I think the situation has changed over the years. The nearest metro station is 10-15 minutes on foot. The hotel as a whole is not bad, but the rooms are poorly cleaned. We liked the food, we always found something to eat. The pool is large, we swam in it in the evenings. It is open until 20:00.
