The gym is small but clean , and some of the simulators worked very poorly . I went there because it 's right at the bottom of the house. She was gone for 2 or 3 months and left because of Valeria's coach . She is too arrogant , insubordinate and generally does not know how to communicate normally with strangers . I suffered her disrespect several times , but in the end I left without leaving the subscription until the end . I did not swear and sort things out , but just drew conclusions for myself . The most interesting thing is that coach Oksana is the exact opposite of Valeria , she will help with advice , and with equipment too , and set up the simulator , although at that time she was not my personal trainer . I recently thought about returning to the gym , but the disrespect of the staff discouraged all desire

I would like to share my extremely negative experience with coach Valeria in your women's gym. Unfortunately, her behavior causes confusion and disappointment.
During classes, Valeria indulges in rudeness and an unacceptable tone in dealing with clients. Her manner of conversation is more reminiscent of bazaar behavior, which is completely inappropriate in the atmosphere of a gym, where customers expect respectful treatment. Instead of encouragement and motivation, harsh, degrading comments are often heard.
Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable for a person working in the service sector. It creates a tense and unpleasant environment, which makes the desire to attend training disappear.
I really hope that the management will pay attention to this review and take measures to improve the quality of service. A gym should be a place where you want to return to, not avoid because of inappropriate staff behavior.

It's really a terrible room. Its only advantage is that it is female. That's all.
Administrators are behaving very strangely. They do not warn that there is no hot water in the hall. We found out after visiting the shower after a workout.
There were many times when the girls at the counter couldn't say "hello" or "goodbye."
I came to the opening a couple of times and the hall is closed due to the fact that the administrator is 10-15 minutes late. Upon arrival, there were no explanations or apologies.
Customer orientation is 0.
In addition, the simulators are very old, some of them do not work.

The hall is clean. Little. There are not many people on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. I didn't like some of the simulators as if they were broken. The treadmill slows down sharply. Spreading your legs while sitting the biggest weight feels like a small one. The gravitron is strange and I didn 't like the leg press either . Basically, you have to work with free weight
