The cards are probably the most idiotic system I've ever seen. They don't hand you out, okay. They say that they will carry it to the doctor themselves. (Either they forget and don't carry it, or they lose it altogether!). No one will take care of such an important patient document better than the patient himself. And more If you register here, then you can come to be serviced, God willing, in six months. Everything is very slow. I hate coming back here.

Waiting in line for too long. They serve it slowly. You sit from 9:00 to 12:00. And only then can they serve. Generally very slow. But there are many doctors.
