It's a lovely hotel. The building is already 130 years old. The interior is simply incredible. I don't want to leave until I cry. The staff is wonderful. They go towards everything. Location in the center of Istiklal avenue. Everything is nearby. The only drawback is if you take a room with a view of Istiklal, opposite there is a noisy club that walks until the morning. But it hardly bothered us.

I can't recommend this hotel, much less repeat my visit. We rented a large penthouse for 6 people, which includes two rooms and an attic on the second level. The hotel is very beautiful, historical, but very shabby. The problems started at night, the basses from the nightclub were hammering all night, no one could fall asleep, the suggested earplugs did not help. They turned on the mule early in the morning and couldn't fall asleep completely. Breakfast was as meager as possible, I could only eat a bagel and an egg. I didn't like the abundance of Turkish spread. You can only take Americano from coffee, everything else is for money. There was a coffee machine in the room, and they tried to withdraw money for two used capsules. There were no branded cosmetics in the bathroom. For 500 euros a night, this hotel disappointed.

The hotel itself has sooooo high audibility, so you literally feel like a resident of a hostel))) creaky old floors can be heard from the neighbors on the side and from above the rooms facing the courtyard. looking at the lyceum, where the training begins with the anthem at 8 a.m. , the rooms facing the atrium listen to the nightclub all night A taxi won't come to the door, so you'll run with your things to the next alley, where cars can't stand, you need to be ready to jump into a taxi with a suitcase on the move, it's good if it doesn't rain at that time)
