The bathroom is in order — the plumbing is working properly, towels and soap are provided. The staff is polite and responds promptly to requests. The location is convenient — there is a bus stop and a shop nearby. For a short trip, this is a great option without unnecessary bells and whistles. Well, the view from the window is amazing.

In the hammam and shower rooms, there is black mold in the tile joints. In addition, tiles have been laid on the walls in the showers, but the inter-tile seams have not been sealed, and this mold is growing between them. Towels and peshtemali sometimes have an unpleasant smell — I understand that this is due to the oils that they absorb over time, but in this case you need to change the towels to new ones. The massage is always done the same, despite the wide variety in the brochure — you will get a classic Balinese massage. The shower in the common area is not working, the water supply is not regulated normally and the administrators themselves do not know how to turn it on. If the shower room in the locker room (1 piece) and in the massage rooms are occupied, and you come out sweaty after the sauna, you will have to wait until the shower room is empty — this causes discomfort. The sauna is good, but it is often too hot. It is necessary to constantly remind them to bring water for watering the stones.

The hotel is nice, it's better if the glasses in the room are not cardboard. Breakfast would be fine. There is no parking problem. The employees are interested and friendly.
