I like the departments and offices where my child is served. A clear organization, good doctors. The rooms are clean. The staff is responsive. Special thanks to the staff of the endocrinology department - they helped a lot, patiently explained when the child was first diagnosed. The food is quite good for my taste, although sick children don't really like it, but it can be understood.
The cafe on the ground floor is open for a short time, if you go to the hospital, this should be taken into account because it's a long way to the shops. Now at least there are hot dinners there - it's already good. There used to be less normal food.
The pharmacy has always had the medicines we need, so far there are no complaints.
At the entrance and in some departments there are devices with shoe covers (paid, now 50 kopecks).
There are water coolers and coffee machines.

The urology department is made up of professionals in their field, from nurses to the head of the department. It is very comfortable in paid wards. And the playground is cool, and the playground. Time in the hospital is easier to bear.

I'm lying there right now, the staff is nice, the doctors are funny too. But there is one nurse, just crazy, she does not know how to communicate with children. The food is mediocre ( most likely like in all hospitals). For lunch, they gave just unleavened soup, wallpaper glue (oatmeal, it was not possible to peel it off the plate) and a cutlet made of something, whether fish or chicken. As a result, I order deliveries from stores and fast food outlets)

I want to express my gratitude to Nikita Vadimovich Rotko, a urologist! He performed a double operation on his son and I can safely say that Nikita Vadimovich is a real professional! He was very attentive, constantly checked his son's well-being, explained to me in an accessible language what manipulations were carried out, why it was necessary, what drugs should be taken and what actions they had, sensitive, kind, responsive, responsible, attentive! I am immensely happy that he was the one who operated on us! I can safely recommend him as a real specialist who can be trusted! An experienced and competent doctor! I was very impressed!

We were at a referral appointment and on a paid basis with an endocrinologist and a urologist. We are satisfied with the doctors' consultation. Comprehensive answers to the questions. Some nurses have a touch of rudeness, I won't take off the star because of the little things.
It is not particularly difficult to take a coupon on a paid basis, which is not to say about free services - with an endocrinologist it is completely a disaster or I was lucky. The prices are reasonable, decently different from medical centers.

Perhaps my review will help someone with the search for a wonderful professional and doctor from God - Ischuk Yuri Yurievich. When there was complete uncertainty with the child after 2 weeks of stay in the infirmary, it was this doctor who helped us, prescribed the right treatment and we did not have to go to the hospital again (when in the same hospital another doctor prescribed this method to understand what was happening and did not say anything specific). In general, I have only positive impressions of the attitude towards people. Thanks to the golden doctor!!!

Попали случайно, пришли на прием к урологу и наше счастье было попасть к Ротько Никите Вадимовичу, внимательнее доктора я не встречала!! Расспросил, посмотрел, отправил на УЗИ, после все рассказал и итог нужна была экстренная операция.. сказав о том,что оперировать будет или палатный врач или дежурный, и уточнив ,что дежурный именно он.. моя просьба заключалась в том чтобы именно Никита Вадимович нас оперировал... После ребенка забрали в операционную уже в отделении и ко мне в палату зашёл Никита Вадимович и тут мое мамское сердце успокоилось и я поняла,что мой ребенок в надёжных руках.. после операции пришел сам же Никита Вадимович, все рассказал успокоил и я ждала ребенка уже с операционной... Ещё много раз к нам в этот день заходил наш доктор и наблюдал за нами))) Поэтому я выражаю огромную благодарность Вам Никита Вадимович, за вашу отзывчивость, за вашу внимательность к маленьким пациентам и их родителям, за ваш профессионализм, за заботу и любовь к своему делу))) Пусть удача Вам сопутствует во всем и всегда))) СПАСИБО ВАМ ЗА ВАШ ТРУД)))

Хорошая больница, отличные врачи знающие свое дело, хорошее отношение к детям
Из нюансов на сайте разместите карту корпусов и что где находится
Ехали первый раз экстренно и на месте искали приёмное отделение
Второй раз ехали планово ,в диагностический корпус. Тоже на месте уже ориентировались
Сфотографировала карту корпусов, надеюсь пригодится посетителям/пвциентам

Навещал братишку в больнице. В целом обстановка в палатах удовлетворительная, свежий ремонт, но без особого комфорта. Есть игровая комната. Персонал очень приятный. Ребёнок чувствовал себя очень комфортно, а это главное.

Добрый день хочу выразить огромную благодарность врачу Дмитрущенковой Анастасии Олеговна. Доктор очень внимательная грамотная доброжелательна что в наше время крайне редко. Мы пришли с внуком Андреем на консультацию а получили массу дообследований , внимательное отношение и положительные эмоции. Теперь могу с полной уверенностью сказать что растет достойная замена нашим уходящим врачам. Ольга Олеговна здоровья вам успехов благополучия карьерного роста. И такие врачи лечат детей?
Пришли в приёмное отделение вечером субботы, тк нашли информацию, что при укусе клеща в выходные дни можно обращаться в ЛЮБУЮ городскую больницу. Пришли с пожилой женщиной. Эта больница была самой ближайшей к дому. Мы спросили могут ли посмотреть или что нам делать в этой ситуации. Врач принял нехотя, сказав при этом, что "это просто издевательство какое-то". Нормально даже не осмотрел, сказал что ничего нет и отправил домой. Дома сидели и пол часа доставали голову клеща с усами :) кое как достали в итоге. Пофигизм / слепота / дезинформация? Непонятно. Не хотите принимать, так сразу и скажите, чтобы люди ехали в нормальную больницу с нормальным врачами. Возможно, "ничего нету" - и на другие вопросы по здоровью там говорится.

Лежали с ребенком в урологическом отделении на плановой операции. Хочу поблагодарить хирурга Ротько Н.В. Мамское сердце теперь спокойно. Операция прошла благополучно. Врач молодой,но хороший,контролирует,чтобы все шло прекрасно, любит свою работу и детей.В палатах очень хорошо, без излишеств, детская еда на уровне всех больниц, не лучше и не хуже

Эндокринология . Пробу сделали ребёнку 11мая. Результат через месяц . 26 июня . мой звонок . Старшая сестра :-Вам сегодня вышлем . Мой звонок 10 июля - Сегодня я вам вышлем. А вы оплатили ? Да , оплатили . Звонок 18 июля - Мы вам высылали 26 июня . Вышлю повторно . Вопрос - зачем мне разговаривать по телефону ещё 2 раза и ещё названивать не один раз. Сегодня наконец пробы пришли . Но хотелось , чтобы они были с рекомендациями столичного врача .

Детское эндокринологическом отделение выше всяких похвал. Персонал вежливый, с детьми обращаются прекрасно. Все добрые позитивные. Компетенция врачей просто топ. Есть анализы которые можно сдать только там. В дни школы учителя приходят и проводят уроки. Ребенок даже не хотел оттуда выписываться.

Сугубо субъективное и достаточно узкое мнение по поводу нефрологии, с остальными врачами не сталкивалась. Врачи очень хорошие, внимательные. Отделение нефрологии большое, но переполненное. Платная палата предполагает нахождение с чужими людьми рядом и сон на одной кровати с ребенком.

Специалисты все квалифицироные, обьясняют ссе понятно. Отношение отличное. Много людей только к эндокрирологам- это минус.

Ну, в больницы, конечно, лучше не попадать, но так уж бывает. Но эта впечатлила…. Лежали в отделении детской челюстно-лицевой хирургии… рассказывать можно долго, но из основного: никто вам ничего не скажет и не расскажет, все надо выпытывать самостоятельно, Медсестра на посту, нам попалась в возрасте - очень неприятная и хамоватая женщина…. Врачей ловить приходилось тоже самостоятельно, что бы что-то спросить. Палаты - это как повезёт…. Розетки только на коридоре…. Представляете 5 розеток на все крыло… зарядить телефон - это был целый квест! Вообщем, спасибо за то, что ребёнок здоров, но медперсоналу нужно быть немного внимательнее.
