The breakfasts are custom-made, but you can order from the menu even though all the items are prepared for you personally and are very tasty, especially French toast! The beach is very close, across the street, Sun loungers are free, they give a bottle of cold water and towels. We went in October, the water was just hot, while the sand did not burn, it was slightly warm, which was surprising))) I liked the location of the hotel, there was a supermarket within walking distance where delicious food is sold, there is something "hot" from the end of the same building, there is a pedestrian walking area, cafes nearby. the hotel itself has a nice pool, sun loungers, everything is at the highest level! Tea, coffee, and water are free in the room. To the center 20 minutes by taxi. From the airport 30 minutes by taxi. I recommend the hotel.

There are pros and cons.On the plus side, it's still new, the staff is great, the restaurant is clean and delicious in the lobby and for breakfast.Of the cons, La Mer beach is closed, this is not natural for them, the pool is too small .The hotel itself turned out to be on the sidelines until La Mer Beach opens.

Across the street is the Osh bar, in which the entire Staff is Russian-speaking, hookahs and cigars cost horse money. At the same time, the quality of hookahs is such that I would do better at home on the balcony - plastic disposable hoses and tobacco dubble apple, no different from the Istanbul hookah. In the hotel itself, you can also order “shisha” in the evenings, but it is even worse than across the street, although cheaper. A hotel with such good reviews. I drove without worrying about anything, knowing that 5 stars and Hyatt (after all, the name). I can't say that I'm picky, but.... Of course, as with everything, there are pros and cons. I'll start with a good one:
1. Delicious and high-quality food
2. Some individual staff members are very helpful and kind. They are smiling and trying to help. Thanks a lot to them! I'm ready to raise the ball for them! For example, we asked grandma to cook chicken broth in connection with her stomach disease, they went to meet us. They gave me a compliment several times at dinner in the form of freshly squeezed juices. It was nice!
3. Beautiful lobby, normal rooms, the only thing you need to clarify in advance is that you need a balcony, and this is an additional fee.
4. Dubai Mall is close by taxi
Minuses:
1. There is no private beach, you have to go to another hotel, 5-7 minutes. It's honestly very uncomfortable.
2. The service is generally terrible. I have to call 100 times and remind them to bring water, a shoe spoon, a fork, even a dental kit. And in general, everything is very, very long....We took dinner with us one day, we didn't eat it, the next day we came up and asked to warm it up, we refused, I don't know why, we don't heat yesterday's food.
3. More about the service: we came as a family, 2 rooms, they put us on different floors. And it's impossible to get from one floor to another if you don't have a card from that particular floor. We had to move to be on the same floor, to collect and disassemble things. Couldn't it have been done right away?They couldn't prepare our room until 20.00... nonsense
4. There is no Swedish line. The food is on the menu. Maybe it's not bad, but sometimes you want to get up and drink water, and not wait 5-10 minutes for it, the same applies to dinner, breakfast, sometimes they serve quickly, and sometimes for a very long time. The menu is interesting, but monotonous, on day 8 you don't want anything at all.
5. Once we went on an excursion, they asked us to put fruit with them (which we ordered), they put it like when we opened it, our guide even laughed, says what a nightmare. There are few fruits, they are already crumpled, apparently what we did not finish, we put it together.
6. There is nowhere to walk, the area is rotten.
I'm not going to this hotel anymore! I will not recommend it. I didn't like it! Dubai itself is cool, I really like the UAE vibe in general!

A new, nice hotel. We were here two times: in March 23, and in March 24.
Good repair, the rooms are small, the bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, a spacious balcony with furniture (minus: a fence made of transparent glass).
The pool is small, and most of the time it is in the shade. Among the disadvantages, in connection with the reconstruction of the beach, the hotel has removed its sun beds from the beach, so everyone who wants to lie on the sea on a sunbed can use the services of a neighboring hotel, he has an agreement with Hyatt. The beach is nice there.
Cards are taken at the reception, and with these cards you go to a nearby hotel, where you are given a beach towel.
The breakfasts at the hotel are not bad, the menu is quite varied, you will not stay hungry.
There were no complaints about the staff for both trips.

Great hotel. Very polite staff and great breakfasts. Your beach is across the street, you have to walk for 5 minutes. It doesn't bother.
The rooms are large. I liked everything very much .

We are currently staying in a hotel. I will describe the pros and cons. So there are not very many reviews on this hotel, I hope mine will be useful to someone.
The hotel is new, the linen is clean, the cleaning is good. But all the windows and glass partitions in the hotel are dirty. We booked a room with a balcony, but it turned out to be closed with a partition and it was impossible to get out on it.
The pool is small, there are 20 sun beds. There are few people now because it is not the season And if there are more vacationers in the hotel, then there will be nowhere to lie.
There is no access to the beach and the sea. They are sent to the beach of a nearby hotel, which is a 10-minute walk away. It's terrible in the heat. At the entrance to the hotel they give towels, they don't give you water, you have to take it at your hotel. The beach is dirty, garbage and moss are floating in the water.
The food in the restaurant is not according to the buffet system, but to order according to the menu. This is for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu is the same for lunch and dinner. After 5 days, it gets boring to eat the same thing, since the menu is not too diverse. You can choose 1 appetizer and 1 main course + dessert. But it's worth saying that the food is beyond praise. And delicious, and the serving is exquisite. The child had a separate menu and he could order only 1 dish from the list and ice cream (this despite the fact that his accommodation in the room costs the same as an adult)
It's boring at the hotel in the evening. There is not much territory, there is nowhere to walk. There are tables with sofas by the pool, but it's too hot outside and you don't want to sit.

The hotel, operating under the concept of "life style", opened in 2022. Stylish, modern, quiet, focused on couples, businessmen, companies. There is nothing for children here, but there is a wonderful La Mer beach across the street. The beach is wide, the sand is gentle, the entrance is gentle. This is not the whole La Mer, but a part of it, so there are not so many people here. There are many cafes nearby. The hotel provides sun loungers, towels and water. Convenient location - 15 minutes from the AP, 10 minutes to the metro by car. Opposite the nightclub. There is a transfer to a small shopping center. Deposit 300 dirhams per night. Beds, bed linen is a song. After a 6-hour flight, it was bliss to drown in the gentle embrace of the Khayyat air blanket. Separately, you need to highlight the hotel's restaurants. One is the main one, where breakfast and dinner are served, and the second is on the roof with a lounge area. Meals must be paid in advance when booking, because it is not cheap. Serving in August was on the menu, there was no buffet. The service is not hurried, they cook for you, so you will have to wait, but the quality and taste are incomparable. This is the case when you want not just to eat, but to get a gastronomic pleasure. Many thanks to the hotel, the chefs, the management! Prosperity to the hotel. I certainly advise everyone who cares about the proximity of the sea, quality in detail.

I didn't quite understand why this hotel has such a low rating here. In my humble opinion - the hotel is great! (Moderators, sort it out. All written reviews are deservedly 5.0, and the rating is only 4.3.)
1. Rooms: the hotel is new, the room stock is new. The rooms themselves are spacious and beautiful. We got a view of the sea. A TV with the ability to connect via a YouTube/ kinopoisk phone (but only Russian films). Do not forget about the sockets and take an adapter with you.
2. Service: there is nothing to say - at the highest level.
3. Food: the food is not cheap, but very tasty. I advise you to take at least breakfast immediately when booking a hotel (sometimes you can take breakfast very profitably from operators for the promotion). For breakfast: ala-card system. They give you a menu (there is one in Russian), you order unlimited from it. If you do not take breakfast in a complex when booking a hotel, then the cost per person is 150 dirhams. There is another type of breakfast, another menu, for those who did not take the complex, but want hotel-paid meals - the price tag is moderate, dishes from that menu look delicious. I attach a photo of a complex breakfast.
4. Beach: it takes 3-4 minutes to get to the beach. The beach is very clean. For hotel guests, there are people on the beach who distribute towels, place them on sun beds and give water (it's all free). The beach is public, so you will see people not from the hotel on the sand with towels, but there is enough space for everyone, the beach is not crowded. The beach itself is sandy.
5. Transfer. I never had a chance to ride on the subway, we rode on Yandex taxi. On average, 37-45 dirhams went out on business to the Dubai mall (plus 25% cashback was returned, these points were spent on trips). The price tag, thanks to cashback points, seemed to us more profitable than using a local taxi (even though Yandex has only business, business xl and premium here). Cars arrive in 2-5 minutes. Mostly lexus es.
6. Noise: what kind of noise are we talking about in the reviews at all? It's much noisier at home in Moscow Time. No construction is heard, at least in the rooms with a view of the beach. And I didn't see the construction site, the MB is already finished)) when the windows are closed, there is silence in general, windows with good noise reduction.
7. Miscellaneous: the rooms have a safe, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, TV, Bluetooth speaker, bathtub and separate tropical shower. Och nimble Wi-Fi. No disposable toothbrushes and no toothpaste.
8. Food around: we couldn't find cheap food nearby (but we weren't really looking for that either). The place where we had lunch (Yasha Place)- we thought it was cheap (60-90 dirhams for the main course), but in the end we realized that this is the average price tag of the center. The food is delicious, but not for this money. We haven't tried other places. We had a big breakfast, and at lunch we went to the center, and ate already in the center. We came to the conclusion that there are practically no places with bad food. All the food is delicious, it's just that somewhere with the price they bend so that you start to think that it's not worth it.
My wife and I really liked the hotel. Ideal for those who are on the beach in the morning, exploring the city in the evening. Some kind of entertainment evening program was not met at the hotel.
