We contacted this company in March through Instagram and, stupidly, we were lured by advertising, decided to purchase two at once and quickly stop by our apartment where repairs were planned after installation. And to this day, we are trying to ensure that the company fulfills its obligations under the contract and fills out at least warranty cards and other agreements. The price for the installation has changed several times , and we achieved the installation only in the month of May. After installation , they did not give a single document to sign , so that we could be sure that we would have a guarantee . After numerous requests and correspondence with the manager (the manager began to threaten that they had an expensive lawyer and we would also pay the costs in the event of a trial)))) and for confidence blocked arguing that they had already spent a lot of time on us. They demanded to pay for the installation of air conditioners urgently. Without any documents for equipment and installation. And as the cherry on the cake, a certain person arrived who is engaged in installation in our city and cooperates with this company and they have some kind of agreement and set his price for installation naturally in a big way and popularly explained that we were deceived to put it mildly We had no choice but to contact the lawyers and make a claim. At the moment, we have equipment at home without any warranty and other documents. In case of a breakdown, you can remove it and throw it away.
