Level 2 Local Expert

As a tourist I went to my local store to return some goods. I was told I had to go to the store I bought them from, as they couldn’t give me a refund . This store was a half hour bus ride. At this store I was told I needed ID to recieve a refund, I had no ID on me and was getting frustrated, I wish the previous store had told me this. Thank fully a very kind customer behind me, permitted me to use her ID. So not happy with my experience and the inconvenience it caused me.
