Upon delivery by courier, I found out that the pillow is completely different: soft, does not hold its shape. The pillow looked more like an ordinary soft centipone than a declared orthopedic one. On the phone, the consultant girl zealously argued that we do not understand anything and the pillow is exactly the same. Surprisingly. As my family and I have slept on YOUR pillows for over a year, we do not understand the difference between YOUR old pillows and this one... A misunderstanding? They refused to purchase and withheld the amount for delivery from us. An unpleasant aftertaste. I hope Podushkevich will improve someday. But the old good experience is completely ruined. Previously, I recommended this store to all my friends and acquaintances, now I will do exactly the opposite.

It's a terrible store. The delivery is paid, they do not have their own couriers, they hire courier delivery. I bought a pillow as a gift, I wanted to return the pillow, it's brand new. No one slept on it. This is not our problem, the pillow is non-refundable. The consultant described this pillow as super duper. You won't find a better pillow. I would never recommend this store.
