We spent wonderful vacation in the Jumeirah Al Naseem 5* almost 2 weeks and had dinner in a different restaurants, everything was perfect! I would like to thank staff, waiters and all team in Arboretrum restaurant Al Qasr especially Rohit!!! Very kind !!! I hope to come back soon.

I think this is the most beautiful hotel in Dubai!! To begin with, the hotel is located in the best area with the best and cleanest beach and water in Dubai!!! The length of the coastline is approximately 3 km! Beautiful beach, with lots of sun beds and umbrellas! For free! You can rent a tent on the first line for a fee!! A great opportunity to stroll along the shore, admiring the Parus, Jumeirah, Al Nazim Hotel! I just keep silent about the availability of restaurants, cafes, and areas where you can eat! A great selection of restaurants for every taste! Italian, , Arabic, Lebanese , Russian cuisine, French cuisine,Japanese , Chinese !! The territory is huge, with a wonderful and beautiful landscape, pools for adults and for children! The presence of 2 water children's clubs! There are several hotels on the territory/ Alqasr; Mina Salam; Jumeirah, Al Nazim ! And, of course, the famous Parus Hotel! It is located on a bulk island very close by! A huge number of concerts and events take place regularly! This is a completely safe place where you can let your children go for walks alone! I would like to point out that there is a water channel on the territory of the hotel, along which boats ride! There are buggies / small cars/ that will take you to any restaurant or place on site! There are also tennis courts on site, several of them, and a wonderful spa area!! The appearance of the hotels is simply amazing and amazing! It's just an Arabic fairy tale in the middle of the desert! In 2022, the renovation of the hotels took place! Fresh renovation, always friendly staff and willingness to help you 24/7!!!The vast spaces are amazing, with fantastic design and colors! Jumeirah Madinat is a very pleasant place. Although we come here from year to year, we don't get bored of this place.
The service is beyond praise. The staff is attentive to the smallest detail, but not intrusive! They always try to fulfill any wish with a smile and joy.
The food is great. I like fruits, cheeses, etc. Although I prefer to eat in Moscow.
The beach is great, clean and well maintained! Although our beaches in New Riga are just as good. With the same white sand. It is a pity that they are not year-round.

At first the hotel seems wonderful, later you start to get to know it better and get disappointed. Stunning grounds, a very beautiful hotel in general, lots of greenery like in Turkey, which is not like Dubai. There are a lot of different, warm pools and you can use any of the three hotels, as well as free entrance to the water park. But when you wake up in the morning you go to breakfast, it's the worst buffet I've seen in the world. It is much better to refuse even in a hotel without stars on the highway. Literally disgusting. There is simply no assortment. I've never seen such a small Swedish town. We thought we could order something, but no. Be satisfied with what you see. In addition to mango, you can ask for it and it is better to ask for 4-5 servings at once, so that they would not be brought on a saucer like a lemon is cut. Breakfast is terrible, I'm writing the whole review because of it. The rest is simply ruined because you leave hungry from breakfast and dissatisfied with it. There is fish, but it is not fresh salmon, but smoked. Everything is in the spirit of cheap hotels, which are sorry for the money for food. We thought the Swedish line would change, but no. The maximum is steamed fish today, beef for breakfast tomorrow. Everything else is the same. Do not take the inclusion of breakfast, I strongly advise against it. We thought about taking half board or not, and we were right to take only breakfast. We went to see what they give for dinner - a similarly insignificant choice of food. There is a market on site where you can eat tasty and inexpensive food. There are restaurants for every taste, and until 18.00 happy hours for alcohol and beer there are 33 dirhams or a cocktail, whatever you want 33 dirhams. You can also buy ready-made food at a minimarket or Starbucks. Save money, there will be a large selection and it will be delicious. There is another very big problem - birds by the pools. They got it!! Once a baby falls and that's it, they won't let you sit still. They will carry food along with crows, chirp in your ear and annoy you. The staff doesn't care about these birds, although the problem is obvious. The conclusion is this. At first we thought it was only al Kasar from now on, but no. We're definitely not coming back here. Let's try al Nasim maybe, but we won't come back here. Oh, yes, TERRIBLE HUGE pillows! My neck hurts every morning. And there is no music by the pools. In short, you understood everything

The beach is clean, even in the sea (in the sense of the bay), lifeguards are constantly on duty on the shore. If there is increased excitement and you go swimming, then the lifeguard is directly opposite you on the shore. There are various souvenir shops, and you can even buy a knife made of Damascus steel or backgammon made of ivory. I won't say anything about entertainment, since I didn't go. There are a lot of "high" reviews written about this hotel - and it undoubtedly deserves them - so I will note only the most liked / unusual/ unique features:
1. The territory:
- really huge, beautifully landscaped, with a well-thought-out system of walking paths and roads for electric cars, ready to take you anywhere in the complex;
- an extensive network of canals with a total length of about 4 km with pleasure boats cruising along them - picturesque views, additional logistical opportunities, an additional source of coolness in the heat;
- a well-equipped beach with a 2-kilometer coastline, a daily 2-time ice cream distribution, the ability to order food and drinks "without interrupting rest" and, finally, a pleasant bonus - several points with SPF creams (with different levels of protection), moisturizers after sunburn, napkins...
- a network of pools - not only for swimming, but also for swimming.
2. Rooms:
- they start from 50m2 and more, well thought out, reminiscent, like the whole hotel (I agree with the opinion of many vacationers), of both the motifs of the fairy tale "1000 and one night" and the summer residence of a local grandee / sheikh :)
- high-quality, daily replenished bath accessories (in a wide range) from "AMOUAGE" (although made, as it turned out, in China :))
- good mattresses and bed linen, creating comfortable conditions for relaxation.
3. Nutrition:
- breakfast buffet with a wide range of high-quality products and dishes (including, even Russian cuisine)
- more than 20 restaurants (including, and restaurants awarded the Mishelin star) where you can have lunch / dinner - however, almost everywhere you need to pre-book a visit - they cook delicious and varied, serving - as a rule, it is original (more often, in the good sense of the word :)). It should be borne in mind that in almost all restaurants the service is quite long, at least 2.5 hours (including lunch) ...
4. Kindness, hospitality, cordiality:
All this is at the highest level - satisfying the desire of the guests, creating a highly comfortable and memorable living environment, we can say, to the absolute! There was not a single one of our requests /wishes that would not be met promptly and efficiently!
In general, there are plenty of "oriental wonders", the cost is, of course, appropriate. Well, then it's up to you ! :)

A gorgeous place, a beautiful beach, in my opinion the best hotel in Dubai. The Jumeirah Al Qasr Hotel is a beautiful, oriental-style hotel with excellent service. A large area, which is transported by electric cars. I recommend you to visit, because it leaves pleasant memories.
There is a water park nearby, but there is no point in visiting without children, we wasted our time, a lot of people, the slides are ordinary.
The price for accommodation is of course unpleasantly impressive, but if you do not take it in high season / holidays, then it is 3-4 times cheaper.

Great location of the hotel!
Close to any location: Downtown, Palm Trees ~ 17 minutes, and Dubai Marina 7km. The old airport is also within 30 minutes without traffic jams, and an hour with congestion.
The best beach in Dubai! Gorgeous sea, comfortable equipment of the territory. Water is carried in cooler bags, a waiter call button with a QR code is brought to each table, where you can read the menu.
There are spf30, 50, aftersun, antiseptic at the counter of the beach workers, and the guys also offer cleaning the lenses of glasses.
A long line of the beach, along which it is pleasant to walk.
In general, the territory of the hotel is magnificent, very beautiful architecture, and Dubai Venice always brings great pleasure riding on traditional abras (do not forget to thank the boaters 😉). There is also a rehabilitation center for injured turtles, there are also large ones, such as Careta Careta. It's nice to see the care of animals, they rarely met in the UAE.
I was also very pleased with the rejection of single-use plastic, the water in the room is served in reusable bottles! It is very pleasant, we return only to those hotels that think about the environment, and not just use it.
There are a lot of Russian-speaking employees at the reception and in establishments, as well as in Souk Madinat restaurants. Mostly people from Uzbekistan.
Inside Souk there is an exchanger with a favorable rate. The exchange rate at the hotel reception is the most unprofitable in the whole city (it was 3.4 at the time of arrival, when the exchanger offered 3.64 per dollar). Since the booking rate was not prepaid, they met us halfway, allowing us to exchange dollars for dirhams in the exchanger at a good rate and then pay for the accommodation. Such expressions of care cause a desire to return to this hotel again.👌🏼

In general, everything is very good. If you are a football player, an official or a silicone woman with lips - you are definitely here. In the elevator, you can easily meet the governor of Udmurtia or some other subsidized Russian region with an average salary of 25 thousand rubles.
But - for this money, you expect more and you expect something absolutely unique. Although in general it turns out to be an excellent standard 5-star hotel, even without any Arabic flavor.
At breakfast, if you ask the waiters for something (tea, coffee or a teaspoon), you can grow old while you wait. A suitcase from the reception desk can be delivered to the room for a couple of hours. There are a lot of stairs on the way to the beach. The sea closes at 7 p.m., everyone is driven ashore. You can not enter the pool after 21 and before 9 am. In the shower, when switching the watering can from the ceiling to the manual one, cold water leaks from the ceiling onto the head. There's a crazy amount of staff and security guards on every corner.
The deposit is more than the amount for accommodation, keep in mind when planning your budget.

The pool, the sea, the children's pool, is always clean, there are a little more people on Saturday, but there is no feeling of huddling in the pool. Bugs are moving around the hotel, so you don't have to worry about moving with your child. Upon arrival on January 8, we were greeted by the Abas manager, he was unfriendly and unpleasant from the first minute. Later on, he ruined our entire vacation.
We really enjoyed staying at your hotel and extended our stay from January 13th to 17th. Due to the fact that the extension took place remotely at my travel agent, there were difficulties with payment. The manager, named Abas (speaks Russian), behaved very badly and inhospitally. He blocked the keys to our room and demanded payment in cash within 30 minutes. It looked like extortion. Let me remind you that I was on vacation with a one-year-old child and my wife. Also on January 13, Abas called the room twice at 10:30 p.m., when my son was already asleep. We were very upset by such negligent behavior and bad attitude towards the guests. The rest of the staff was very friendly and attentive to us. I really liked the hotel, but the rest was ruined by the manager. We wanted to extend our stay from January 17th to 20th, but due to the attitude of the Abas manager towards the guests, we refused and moved to another hotel! We have already left a review on tripadvizor and will continue to talk about this incident on all Russian websites. Please review my complaint and take action with the Abas manager.
