We are currently vacationing with our daughter, starting on 04/9/2025, and leaving on 04/14/2025.
The location is more or less. The subway is about 15 minutes away at a normal pace, healthy people are just excited to walk, especially such beautiful buildings along the way. But whether I would have taken my 70-year-old mother to this hotel is a big question. She won't be able to get to the subway, well, if only once or twice.
If you have a lot of money, you can take a taxi. All major destinations (Palm Jumeirah, Eye of Dubai, Burj Khalifa) are about the same in cost, although these destinations are different, 40-50 dirhams. And let someone write that 25-30 is not true, here boarding a taxi is paid, 15 dirhams, and it increases the cost.
The hotel staff is wonderful. There are a lot of them, everyone knows their business, everyone is friendly, they will never leave you without help. The rooms are cleaned every day, everything is clean, linen change is optional, if you leave a sign that you do not need to change, then they will simply settle in nicely. But towels are changed every single day.
A separate delight is the breakfasts. First, they bring a choice of juice, tea/coffee, bread, croissants, butter and orange jam. Next, you order one of the 6 breakfast options according to the suggested menu. The breakfasts are not only full-fledged and plentiful, but also VERY tasty. The restaurant itself is small, with 10 tables, but beautiful and cozy.
The main feature of the hotel is a free shuttle service to the private beach of Soluna on Palm Jumeirah and a 50% discount on visiting this beach. Departure in the morning at 8-45 and 9-45 on a clean, air-conditioned bus, you can leave the beach in three trips: at 14-30, at 16-30 and at 17-30. My daughter and I pay 100 dirhams per person for each visit to the beach, and half of these 100 dirhams, that is, you use 50 dirhams on the beach itself for food and drinks according to the beach menu. Delight!
Of the minor disadvantages: the hotel pool is small, and God help it, but sunbathing by the pool is not very comfortable, there are the same skyscrapers nearby and they block out the sun, and a new hotel is being built nearby, not a beautiful view from the pool. But this disadvantage does not spoil the other advantages of this place.
I recommend it for people who are planning a comfortable but budget vacation.

Vacationed in Dubai all November and lived in Grand Heights. I would like to especially mention the staff of the Priyansh, Jeline and Mohammeda Hotel. Very good employees. They quickly responded to all my requests, instantly solved all issues. The hotel is good. Linen is changed daily in the room. Excellent parking for the car. The access to the hotel by car is normal without traffic at any time. Kitchen - breakfast is monotonous but acceptable. The girls work quickly and are always responsive to requests. A wonderful vacation at the club on a palm tree by the sea in the club.

We have been coming to Grand Heights for the third year and we still like everything! Good service at the hotel, convenient location in the city, and in general, we are very satisfied with the price-plus ratio. There is a swimming pool, SPA, gym, delicious cafe in the lobby. Everything you need is within walking distance.

We stayed at the hotel from May 3 to May 15. I want to say that we were very satisfied with our accommodation and our choice of hotel. It is convenient that the hotel is taken to the beach club Saloon, this option is invaluable for tourists who came primarily to the sea. The Internet City area itself is also excellent in its infrastructure (cafes, supermarkets). The hotel is clean, well cleaned, the beds are comfortable, the staff is very friendly and tries to help as much as possible if you have any questions. We were initially given a corner room, we asked to change to a room with a large window, "like in the picture in the reservation", and after a couple of days the general manager himself reminded us that we wanted to move 😁As a result, we really liked the second room 😇 Thank you very much! If we come to Dubai, we will definitely stay at the Grand Heights Hotel

We had a rest from March 17-23, 2025. We liked everything. The staff is responsive, if you need something, you can ask and they will give you everything (powder, sponges, napkins) The room was cleaned every day and the linen was changed. The location is convenient, close to the metro and public transport, you can go to the beach in two directions. On the ground floor there is a cafe, a small swimming pool with towels, and a gym.

Nice apartment, great for long-term living.
Excellent staff, always clean and well cleaned, try their best.
Recommendation, choose rooms 1+1 they have many times more space and they are not on the sunny side.

For your money - a very decent option. The room has everything for life (kitchen, washing machine, decent bathroom, dryer). They clean up every day, but at different times, usually they try to do it at a time when you are not there, but they may not have time. The location is good, there is a supermarket nearby (5 minutes), to the Internet City metro station - 10-15 minutes on foot. The area itself is quite pleasant, you can even go out in the evening and take a walk.
The only negative is that there are fewer outlets in the room than we would like
