There were problems with the suspension. Before that, we contacted the dealer and the Oilcan on Sharangovich. The dealer only issues more bills, but does nothing. The oilcan started counting and disappeared. They answered my call that another master was taking it, there is enough work, there is no desire to deal with you. And then they accepted, the diagnosis was carried out, the details were ordered themselves, they did everything in its entirety (after the Oilcan, they would have to go to the collapse). It is also at least three times cheaper than the dealer offered. The car runs great now. Thanks!!!

After repairs on the suspension at another service station, it was necessary to make a collapse-convergence. I chose the one that is closer to home.
I scrolled through their website, found the address and went. The gate at the entrance from the wind began to close and scratched my car just at the moment of my arrival. To my complaints to the master, he replied to me, they say, he had to meet me and open the gate himself. This is their internal routine. Actually, this was not written ANYWHERE. Neither in front of the gate, nor on the site. Apparently, I had to read the thoughts.
Collapse-convergence, by the way, was also not done 😅
The master counted repairs on the car, which was previously inspected and done by a good specialist at another service station. There were no problems with her.
In general, it turned out to be the most expensive trip for the collapse-convergence, also fruitless besides.
Upd to your answer: 1. Review your website, where there is no word about an appointment. I just leafed through it again on purpose. I wouldn't be surprised if you add these words to the site after the comment. But that's a good thing. I will warn your potential clients against the fact that they may be objectionable due to arriving without a call and "coming from nowhere at all," as you answered me.
2. I opened the gate because the previous person who left from you did so. Only there were several of them in the car, one person got out of the car and held the gate so that they would not close. Then everyone left safely. And it was clearly not a master. Although, as you said, the master himself must go out and open the gate. Something went wrong here too. And somehow I don't have to delve into who you legally rent the premises from and which organization they belong to. I see a sign about your service station on these gates, not about the company from which you rent them. Look even at your photos, where your sign is hanging on those very gates.
3. I drove to the pit after the master said "stop by" and showed me where. Not without permission, not to bypass the queue, etc. I asked where to stop by. Once again the master showed. And at that time he left. It turns out that she did as the master ordered. There were no other instructions or words from the category "don't go to the pit without me". At other stations, the experience was different, the masters themselves drove the car where it was needed and how it was needed (brazenly or not brazenly).
4. If the problem is with the appointment, then the master could say that we work only by appointment and not take me. It wouldn't be a universal problem, it would be done elsewhere. Fortunately, your service station is not the only one in Minsk. I was just passing by and it wouldn't have been a disaster for me. Maybe I would have searched more carefully for another hundred and would not have found problems for myself.
5. After your service station, I went to another (another one, not even to my master), where another master refuted your words about the breakdown. And "not everything is as bad for you as you write," as you answered me in the comments, so this is because I have reached the final goal and finally made a collapse-convergence. And they showed me how you were supposed to check the car. I want to believe that this is the only such case, your reviews are not screwed up, and all your other customers are fine, because "76% of our customers become regular"))
