Their "politeness" is a facade that only lasts until you sign the contract. The moment the vehicle is returned, the communication changes drastically. They become dismissive, less polite, and eventually stop responding to emails and WhatsApp messages altogether. The biggest issue is their lack of transparency regarding fines. They charge your card for "traffic violations" but refuse to provide official government or Dubai Police reports. Instead, they only send their own internal "invoices" that lack any supporting evidence. As any customer can see, anyone could print such a paper in minutes—it carries no legal weight without an official police fine report. In my case, it’s even worse. My rental ended on Jan 6, 2026. On Jan 20, they finalized all settlements, deducted specific fines from my deposit, and returned the balance. I thought it was over. However, more than a month later (Feb 11 and 12), they suddenly made two unauthorized charges totaling over 950 AED without any notice or documentation. This unprofessional and fraudulent behavior caused a significant technical overdraft on my bank account. They ignore all my inquiries now that they have my money. This is a clear case of unauthorized use of credit card data. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to deal with unexplained bank debts months after your vacation is over. I have already filed an official complaint with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

I am extremely disappointed with my experience renting a car from this company. I was charged a deposit of 3000 AED, and despite returning the vehicle in perfect condition over 40 days ago, the deposit has yet to be returned to me. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue, including sending approximately five polite emails, but the company has still not taken any action to return my deposit. This level of customer service is truly unacceptable. Moreover, when I returned the car, the drop-off process was far from smooth. Although the meeting time at the Dubai airport was pre-arranged, I had to wait around for the attendant, who had no issues with the car upon inspection. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would strongly caution others to reconsider renting from this company, especially if you value timely customer service and deposit refunds.
