Great hotel in downtown area. Within walking distance of Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa (1 metro stop or on foot), within walking distance of the Museum of the future. We lived on the 65th floor. And it's an incredible pleasure for the eyes) the service and breakfasts are at the highest level! There is a swimming pool and a lounge area, open from morning to evening. The only drawback is the elevators. They are clearly not enough. Therefore, it is better to live closer to 41 floors in height (2 elevators go to it), or closer to 70 floors (two other elevators go 42-71 floors). At 65, we sometimes had difficulty getting on the elevator down. But these are details, on vacation we treat them more with humor.

A good hotel in the center of Dubai within walking distance from the Trade Center. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the breakfast is not bad. The pool is at the 17th floor level on the roof of the parking lot. Everything is fine in principle, but 2 cons - in the elevator season you can wait for 5 minutes (the tallest hotel after all)) and the hotel is already "tired".

We stayed at this hotel for the New Year 2024-2025, with breakfast and dinner included on New Year's Eve. By room: there was a large double bed in the room, and since we were with the child, we brought another bed for him. The bed was comfortable with pillows of different stiffness, the room naturally had an air conditioning system. It is worth noting that the room has a large refrigerator and an induction hob, if desired, you can heat or cook something. In the bathroom, there is a bathtub instead of a shower stall. The water pressure and temperature were not very strong for a couple of days, but they were generally normal. Cleaning: daily, it was wet. Overall, I was tired enough for 4. For food: Indian cuisine mainly prevails at breakfast, they make omelets to your taste, there are fruits, vegetables, confectionery, pancakes, for a total of 5. For New Year's Eve dinner: seafood and meat in various versions: beef and chicken, all kinds of salads, it's worth taking, everything was very tasty. The hotel has a car museum, a gym and, of course, a swimming pool on the 12th floor consisting of 3 pools, 2 children's pools, one of them heated and a large one without heating, overlooking the Burj Khalifa. Overall, the impression of the hotel is positive, the location is very convenient, the Museum of the future is a 15-minute walk away, and the Burj Khalifa is 1 metro stop away. It is worth noting that the hotel does not have Russian-speaking staff, so rely on your knowledge of English or through an interpreter. There is a WiFi network with free internet throughout the hotel.

A wonderful hotel with courteous staff, excellent service. We lived on the 62nd floor in a room with a stunning view of the city. The room has a kitchen (but you can't cook), two toilets, a large and soft bed! Convenient location : one metro stop to Dubai Mall, 15-20 minutes by taxi to the beach. The pool is on the 12th floor overlooking the Burj Khalifa. The only drawback: sometimes it took a very long time to wait for the elevator.

We stayed at this hotel in early March. The very center of Dubai, in the area where the Dubai Mall World Trade Center is located.We lived on the 67th floor in a room with a stunning view of the city,
the rooms are large. Very clean, the hotel is quite new. The staff is friendly. Shukurjon met us, thank him very much!
The breakfasts were very tasty, there are no complaints about the food. The room was cleaned and towels and bed linen were changed every day. The reception staff is responsive, they always communicated with us with a smile. Recommend👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We visited the hotel in June 2024. The room was provided on the 60th floor, overlooking the Burj Khalifa and the highway, for which we are very grateful. The room itself has two bathrooms, it is also convenient) but the room is not at all cozy, you can not use the kitchen, although a microwave would not hurt at all. The elevator sometimes had to wait 5-7 minutes, but in general not as long as they wrote in some reviews, probably depends on the season. There were only sausages and bacon for breakfast from meat, I don't need it, but men love it. The staff, as they wrote, is a little cool, there is a large flow of tourists.. but the girl at the reception, did not remember her name, was very kind.
I liked the pool the most, it's cool, spacious, open until 22, which is very important!
Excellent location, the metro is nearby. It is convenient to travel both towards the Marina and to the airport, approximately in the middle.
There was a transfer to Kite Beach, I liked the beach the most (we were also on JBR, Al-Mamzar, on Palm).
I would have returned because of the pool and the location.

We were in the view restaurant of the Gevora hotel, with an evening stunning view of the whole city and all the towers of the skyscrapers. It is visible at 360 degrees around. The dinner was perfectly cooked, the meat was the most tender. It is very beautiful and very tasty. We recommend it 100%. In addition, from the viewpoints in Dubai, there is quite a pleasant deposit for mandatory expenses when visiting.

The room was on the 67th floor overlooking the Sheikh Zayed Highway. And the second window in this room overlooks the Persian Gulf. The view is unreal. It overshadowed all the dirty windows. You can't cook in the room, even though there is a stove. There is a kettle and a hairdryer. Comfortable huge bed, good breakfast, buffet. The pool has a great view. There are no cutlery in the room at all, and they will not give it to you at the reception, they say it is not allowed. The electronic key worked every other time. I really liked this hotel, the pool with a gorgeous view. There are a lot of sun beds. The room on the 68th floor was gorgeous, the view was angular, the room had a capsule coffee machine, a kitchen. The metro is nearby. A good European-style breakfast. The only thing is the elevators, sometimes you have to wait. If you live somewhere in the middle, there may be problems during rush hour, and I recommend the hotel! And he would have stopped there again.

From the bottom of my heart, I highly recommend this hotel. To go down or up the elevator, you will wait for the elevator for 15 minutes (without embellishment), then you will ride it for 10 minutes, with all stops, and a crowd of Indians who are crammed into the elevator (outweighing the maximum by kg and the number of people).
The food is very poor, it is safe to say that there is nothing to eat.
The rooms are tired, it is not pleasant to be in it.
The rest will be ruined.

The view from the 37th floor is awesome!!! The 12m view pool is super heated!!! The photos turned out great, with a view of the BurjHalif, and there is a hot sauna and a hot Jacuzzi next to the pool! We were lucky with the hotel! The breakfasts are good, the elevator is fast, and most importantly, the Dubai Mall is a 15-minute walk away

There is even a sign in the breakfast area indicating which hours there are fewer guests. From 10 to 12 there are problems with free tables, but this is not critical.

This hotel is worth visiting at least because it is the tallest in the world. We were accommodated on the 71st floor. A wonderful guy works at the hotel reception- SHUKUR, in my opinion, from Tajikistan. Very responsive, polite, smiling. He told me in detail about this hotel, gave me a nice room with a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa.
The location of the hotel is its calling card. Everything is nearby- metro, bus stops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies.
The room was really cool!
3 floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and almost the whole of Dubai opens up in front of you. The room has all the amenities. Huge refrigerator, microwave, sink, capsule coffee machine. 2 bathrooms!!!
We only had breakfast. No complaints. Everything is varied and delicious.
The pool in the hotel is huge. The view from the pool is amazing. There is a Jacuzzi with very warm water.
There are enough elevators in the hotel, but in the middle of the day, of course, they are overloaded. This fact is not surprising, there are a lot of guests at the hotel from all over the world.
My husband and I were satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

The hotel is wonderful in everything except elevators ((( Waking up on the 68th floor in a room with panoramic windows is fantastic! The rooms are large, with a kitchen and all necessary accessories. Tea, coffee, water in the room every day. Breakfast is a buffet - and it's excellent! Spa center and outdoor pool on the 12th floor. But! It sometimes took 10!!!!! minutes to get down from the room

Excellent hotel, stayed for 6 days, lived on the 65th floor, the view is gorgeous, on the top floor of the 71-72 floor there is a restaurant with a circular view of the whole of Dubai!
The hotel is the tallest in the world, as evidenced by the sign on the entrance in the lobby!

Nice hotel! Beautiful views, delicious food, favorable location, swimming pool - awesome. I highly recommend with the exception of two things:
1. The Windows in the room are dirty... Right specifically. From one side you can still take beautiful photos, and from the side of the Burji - only at night. The phone focused on these divorces a couple of times - it upset me.
2. The hotel is neither there nor here. There is no comfort at all. Not in the rooms, but in communication with the staff, in the atmosphere. And at the same time, it's not chic and shine, because there are disadvantages, omissions, and so on.
The overall impression at the level of "emotions" is a four with a minus. Otherwise (food, location, view, cleanliness) - everything is fine! Nice city hotel

Great hotel. The breakfasts are delicious. Clean up clean. We lived on the 65th floor with a view of the tower. (I attach photos of the pitchfork from the windows during the day and at night).
Be sure to make a reservation request even through a tour operator (so that the hotel responds and confirms in writing) if you need a high floor and a view of the tower!!! If there is no written confirmation, they can give a completely different number, they want an automatic reservation, you have chosen both the type and height)
The hotel has 4 elevators. 2 elevators from 1 to 54 (they seem to stop) and the other 2 from 55 to the upper floors, where there is an open restaurant on the roof. By the way, I highly recommend it. Booking in advance.
During rush hour, calling the elevator and entering it is like getting on the Moscow-Petushki train, only the elevator moves vertically, and the train moves horizontally. The rest is the same. It's very difficult to go in, even with a run. We waited (it was during rush hour - check-in, check-out and breakfast) for 20 minutes ☺️
But all this is compensated by the stunning view from the windows. It's worth it. Especially if you are in this city for the first time.
Another plus for the pool. It's clean. There are few sun beds, but they have always been there. The pool is on the 12th floor and swimming in it you have a gorgeous view. A towel is given out by the pool. I highly recommend going to it when it's evening. It is open until 22 00
A lot of cheerful Hindus. But they are quite well-mannered. And not noisy (surprisingly). Be ready to buy an adapter for an outlet. Near the hotel there is a 5-minute metro and a lot of shops with food. Including Pakistani shops. For the locals. Everything is cheaper there, both food and an adapter. The hotel has a pharmacy. It works 24 hours. The hotel is very conveniently located. I didn't look at the funny story with the elevators. We would come back here again. And yes, about the dirty windows in the room. It's not dirt-it's condensation. And it is visible only at certain times. In the morning, when the air conditioner is working in the room and the sun is shining directly into the panoramic windows (there are 100 dark curtains), you can see how condensate flows through the glasses. Then it dries in the sun and strips on the windows are obtained. But they don't hang down at all. In the evening they are not visible at all.

The hotel is normal. The sun shines on the pool until 15:30 (I was in early March). If you book a room with lunch and dinner, you can go to the room, except for breakfast (actually, that's what everyone does). The location is convenient - everything is nearby. The trouble with the kitchen is that Hindus cook, so the interpretation of everything they cook is Indian (except scrambled eggs - it's hard to spoil it)

We were in this hotel on the way, literally half a day, to sleep and relax between flights (there was a long transfer). Booked through Booking with post-payment.
We arrived at 11 o'clock, check-in at 15, asked and we were settled earlier, for which special thanks, because there was a night flight, we were very tired. But I think it's only because it's low season in Dubai in the summer and there were free rooms, but thanks anyway!
The room for 7k turned out to be very spacious, two-room, even with its own kitchen (!), but it says that you can't cook, although we weren't going to, we only made coffee, it was available. It was even cold in the room, despite the 42 C outside. The bed is huge and very comfortable, the linen is white and crisp. Only the bathroom is a little tired.
We went to a restaurant to eat, we liked everything. We went up to the roof and looked at the view - it takes your breath away! Excellent 360-degree view, impressive!
The location of the hotel is excellent, a stone's throw from the metro station and one stop from the Dubai Mall, but that's exactly what I wanted, because our departure was at one o'clock in the morning, so that we could take a little walk in the center.
In general, I definitely recommend the hotel, I would stay here again, especially during the season, to take a walk and see what there is!

Great hotel! We liked everything. We booked a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa, but the day before departure we were informed that for technical reasons there was no room with such a view, so we were already slightly disappointed, BUT the administrator came into our position and settled us in a room with the desired view on the 71st floor!!! I am very grateful to him for this!!! The view from there is really amazing - both Burj Khalifa and the bay and in general half of Dubai was perfectly visible) We were not charged any additional fees for this. All the staff is very polite and courteous, although we didn't find any Russian-speaking employees, but it doesn't matter - we practiced our English)) One star was removed for problems with hot water, in the evening and during peak hours we did not have hot water, we had to take a cold shower, and therefore at the end of the trip I caught a cold. But this is the only drawback, otherwise everything is great! Oh, yes - the food (we only had breakfast, buffet) and we are also happy with the food. Guests with any food preferences will not stay hungry)
