We love to come to this beach in Dubai. The entrance has not changed for many years and costs 5 dirhams, BUT-you can pay, only if you have these funds on a silver transport card, NOL just do not accept money, you can top up the card at the checkout and already buy a ticket from it, and often, on the way back from the park, you noticed your compatriots who do not know what to do- the cashier left, closed the window and THAT's IT, the time is 15-1600. The park itself is large, green, the entrance to the bay is gradual, cleaned well. There are toilets on the territory, good full-fledged showers with places for changing clothes, as well as shower racks on the beach itself for washing after bathing. you can also rent sun beds, umbrellas, towels, or you can under a palm tree or under wooden umbrellas. We have visited this park since 2011, on each of our trips to the UAE. And since 2018 it has become a little dirty. At first, this was reflected in the toilets /changing rooms, then on the beach. But what we saw when we arrived in the spring of 2023 was something. The beach is terribly dirty, bulls, plastic, paper, etc. There was also garbage floating in the sea. We were with two children and I didn't even dare to plant a small one on the sand. We bought quickly and went for a walk around the territory, because it is huge there and has always been very well-groomed. But not this time. The perfect lawns were littered with bags of chips, used wet wipes, empty water bottles. There were a lot of Pakistani/Hindu families around and there was this garbage around. In general, we were disappointed in our once beloved park and were glad that we came to explore and did not return there again.

On 04/12/2024, you cannot pay with a nol card (silver travel card) or a card (Union Pay) at the entrance, only a visa or mastercard card (you cannot even pay in cash, although there is a bill acceptor). You can ask someone to buy you a pass, for your cash, take it in exchange, 5 dirhams per person. There are tents with food/water, they only accept cash.
The beach itself is dirty, traffic jams, leftovers, even a needle was found, be vigilant. The beach itself is like a picture, big, there are umbrellas for free, if you find one free. Buy a basket at KFC on the way, it will also be delicious))

This is my favorite place in the Emirates. A clean, well-groomed beach, but the most beautiful is the palm trees, it's like I'm on an island.
