A cozy small park with a good attendance of local residents. One of the features is a pretty crowded cafe, with fresh cutabs for 2 manats. Everything is there for 2 manats)))tea, beer. In a bakery near khutab park, meat costs 70 kopecks. The park is small with many benches.

A very nice shady park. The tracks are in good condition. Lots of benches. There are a couple of cafes and a playground.
