I visited this store on January 13, 2025. After paying for the purchase, I discovered that the cashier had charged the product at a price higher than indicated on the price tag in the store hall. I turned to the cashier who served me, his name is Denis Alexandrovich Nesterenko, asking why the price did not match, to which he replied that he was busy because he had a customer. After waiting for a while, I asked him the same question again. To which Nesterenko replied that he didn't know anything, and was generally busy with other customers, and sent me to look for other employees. In the end, I had to go to the gym and look for another employee who calmly and promptly resolved my issue. I think that such an attitude towards the buyer is unacceptable. If this issue is not within the cashier's competence, he should have invited another employee himself, rather than chasing the customer around the store.
