Regular customers of this network, never had any problems, until yesterday! In the store at the Trio Vitebsk shopping center. They wanted to return 2 pairs of shoes by marriage, they bought them for their husband and daughter at the same time. My daughter's shoe actually peeled off the tin in a couple of days into the trash. 8 Because we were told the warranty came out, and they can't help us in any way! And in general, they were not even accepted on application, referring to the fact that they were raw and a couple of pebbles were stuck in the sole. Although they have not been worn for almost 2 weeks, they were just brought in from the cold. Our mistake was not to look at the date of purchase in the receipt, as I was sure that very little time had passed. It is a pity that because of the holidays they could not arrive on time, and they did not know that according to the new rules, the warranty is not 60, but 30 days. The amount is about 200 bel rubles, at the moment it turned out to be 6 weeks, and there were just about a month in the sock. Nobody really wants to listen to us anywhere, every month what kind of money should we spend on shoes?)
