Good hotel, good food, friendly staff. Very good location, convenient to get to everything. Room with a view of the Dubai Marina. We had regular cleaning and of normal quality. Minus for the cash deposit, be careful, ask for a check, it will not be returned without a check later.

I have read the previous reviews and fully support them. The location is especially important, when the heat starts on the street, then you immediately feel an extra minute in the sun. Lowered the rating for the greed of the hotel - it turns out 1 bottle of water is given upon arrival. In December, I spent a week in another hotel, there without talking, on the call, they brought 2-3 pcs. a day. And here I called - they didn't bring it. I asked at the reception, so I was politely sent on a trip to the nearest store. Life Hack - do not throw away an empty used bottle. It can be collected free of charge with drinking water from the "fountain" on the embankment on the way to the Marina Mall, if you walk past the parking lot. I'm at the hotel now and maybe I'll correct the review when I get home.

Great location. Lovely rooms with a kitchen equipped with all appliances, including a washing machine, and dishes. There is an ironing board and iron, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner)). High-speed Wi-Fi. Responsive staff. The assortment at breakfast is constant, but combining different dishes, you will not be hungry. Fruits: pineapple, orange, dragon fruit, watermelon, melon, bananas, apples, grapes.

The location of the hotel is somewhere on 4+, near the Dubai Marina Mall where you can shop and buy groceries, there is also a small grocery market literally opposite. There are no problems with cafes and restaurants either, there are a lot of them on the embankment and for every taste. The metro is also not far away, the hotel is located between DMCC and Sobha, both stations are almost the same distance, the same with the tram stop. It takes about 18 minutes to walk to the beach somewhere, so it's generally close to the sea, but you can only get to the beach through the main entrance, other paths are blocked, again there are many restaurants along the way. Of the minuses, the motorway is close, it's noisy at night and there is a construction site nearby, although no work was carried out on it, only the view spoils a little.
Now about the room, we had a standard studio, the furniture is not old, a lot of drawers, but there was not enough closet or at least a hanger at the entrance. In the kitchen space there is an electric stove with 2 burners, a medium-sized refrigerator, there is a hood, but in order for it to work, you need to turn on the switch next to turning on the light. From the dishes, everything is mine, a large frying pan and a saucepan, if you need something, you need to ask, they will bring it. There is a large shower stall in the bathroom, but there is no ventilation and there was not enough electric dryer, only a rope one in the stall itself, where everything dries for two days. We were given a room on the 21st floor opposite Dubai marina moon, in principle the view was good, you can see part of the embankment with a canal, a piece of the observation wheel, a motorway with high-rise buildings, especially in the evening it's beautiful when everything is glowing. The service is excellent, they came to clean every morning, if it's not convenient, you can ask them to come later. The sockets are all under the European standard, they did not give an adapter at the reception, I had to buy one, there are two USB charging sockets in one of the sockets. There are only 2 Russian-language channels on TV, Youtube has not earned, so there is nothing to watch at all, it's good that they took a TV set-top box with them, by the way, high-speed Wi-Fi, somewhere under 300 mbit/s, which made me very happy. The noise insulation between the rooms is good, but as I already wrote, you can hear the road. The air conditioner worked fine, you can open the window in the evening to ventilate, the curtains fade, so the sun won't wake you up in the morning. Another of the disadvantages is that they give only one access card. On the third floor there is a heated swimming pool, a depth of 1.2 meters, there were enough sun beds, there are umbrellas.
A little bit about the JBR beach, in principle, it's big, there are a lot of people at the beginning, but if you go a little further, there is always a place, a paid shower, a little to the right where there is a playground, there are taps for rinsing feet, the entrance is good, a lot of shells, clean.

It is not expensive enough in Dubai and a very simple hotel, chipboard furniture. The noise from the street from the road can be heard even with the windows closed. It is necessary to change the gaskets in the window frames. There are no foreign odors from chemistry. Quite clean, though simple. Employees make a lot of noise when cleaning neighboring rooms and the lobby due to the mentality of the staff. You won't sleep well. The sound insulation is poor. About $150 a night.

They took money for the fact that we arrived before the time of check-in, well, okay) they settled on the 2nd floor, but it's like the first one, very low, although the hotel is high, they said there were no seats, although it was clear throughout the time that there were a lot of rooms available! The pool is on the 3rd floor, I used to be in hotels where the pool is higher, I didn't really like it. There are a couple of sunbeds, who is the first, as they say. Next to the hotel is unfinished, so-so view, + that the Marina and Marina Mall are nearby. There is only one hotel from the water.

We lived on the 3rd floor in a deluxe room 303 with a balcony. Every night someone smoked on the upper floors and threw cigarette butts and ashes on our balcony, often fell on clothes on the dryer, the hotel staff ignored it. Room cleaning for 3+, there were not enough small towels, they forgot to report toilet paper and napkins, there was a lot of water on the floor after washing. Of the breakdowns: toilet, candeille. The staff is polite, but the hotel service leaves much to be desired.
