The young man rented an apartment through this company. My nerves were frayed with the return of the deposit. The case almost went to court, but they were afraid and realized that they would lose, so they decided to return it, while writing off 350 DIRHAMS!!! for cleaning (without discussing it with the MC)... Despite the fact that their manager came to check the apartment (by the way, he had not seen the apartment before and had nothing to do with this transaction, so I cannot objectively evaluate the apartment), he did not take off his shoes and the whole apartment remained in black marks, but was charged to us for this... Disgusting attitude, constant "broken phone" and ping pong from chat to chat when communicating with brokers, no coherence. And they initially did not want to return the deposit for the natural wear of materials (the stone slabs in the kitchen had dried up and formed a gap due to the climate in Dubai, but what they wanted in terms of quality from houses that had been building for 2 years with finishing and there were also a couple of defects from the developer) imputed to us that we were to blame for this defect and they wanted to keep 1k+, complete incompetence and ignorance of local laws. By the way, Niko initially did not accept the apartment, and upon our arrival we found a hole in the tile (a large chip), which was repaired, I wonder if they had not done this, would they also have demanded money from us for repairs? I think so, 100%. Think 10 times before interacting with this seemingly "trusted" agency.
